I print A LOT for work. I spent a fortune in HP instant ink per month. It was a hassle when paper jammed or anything else went wrong. Refilling the ink in this printer is easy and so much more affordable. Unclogging jams is fast and easy. I don't have to refill it as often as I did the cartridges (which sometimes failed to work entirely, even when purchased through HP). I no longer feel like I am suffering the HP scam. The printer is a little slower. It occasionally fails to print on the back side or will slip an additional blank paper in between the printed pages. These issues seem normal and easy to correct. Nice compact printer. Setup would have been fairly easy if I could have read the screen without a magnifying glass. Very good print quality.

Great printer so far. I would give it a 5 star but the packaging could be better. The printer comes in its box. That box comes inside an amazons box with NO CUSHION only some paper. Its an expensive printer! It shouldn’t be rattling around freely. At least put some sort of cushion to hold it in place! ... show more

This printer jams a lot even with thin sticker paper I have to go though like 4 pages to get just one good one. I’m still not sure if I’ll be sending it back.
