This stepper was easy to install and works good. There is good tension as well. Worth your money.

It took me less than 10 minutes to set this up. The packaging was solid, and the instructions made it super easy to put together. It comes with three springs for adjustable resistance, but after trying, I found that I could only use one spring. With all three, the resistance was too tough for me to get a good stride. The handlebars are adjustable with three height levels, and the pedals have three different angles to choose from. Each angle really targets different muscle groups, which I wasn’t expecting. After about five minutes, I could already feel a burn in my legs, and my heart rate definitely increased. I bought this for myself, but my husband and kids quickly joined in, and now we all use it daily. It’s been a great addition to our home fitness routine. For the price, it’s totally worth it — we’re all getting a good workout!
