Features

  • All Solid Mahogany Wood: The all-solid mahogany brings you a much richer, brighter, and warmer sound. High quality 1:18 gold agate die-cast combine with Enya Fluorocarbon Strings to gain clear and nice resonance.
  • Cherry Blossom Pattern: It's an asymmetric-shaped top headstock faced in piano black wood under a gloss that looks classy and expensive. Inlaid into that is a range of petals in a pinkish pearl material.
  • Well Made Craftsmanship: It's not heavy at 635g and is well balanced too. String spacing here is 42mm G to A, strummed it's comfortable to play and gives off a fun bouncy sound with some nice harmonic shimmer and jangle.
  • Comfortable to Play: Topping the neck is more richlite for the fingerboard meaning it is jet black in color and completely smooth. Very attractive and very comfortable on the fingers. Even better is a very slight radius on the frets giving a bit more comfort.
  • Come with Everything You Need: Concert ukulele bundle pack includes ukulele, gig bag, tuner, strap, strings, capo, sand shaker, picks, polish cloth. Meet all needs of both beginners and professionals.

Description

Enya Music, distinct from the singer, embraces a rich history that commences with the significance of our name. "En" symbolizes perpetual humility and gratitude, while "Ya" embodies elegance. Our ultimate objective is to provide the utmost value in Ukuleles & Guitars, accompanied by a customer experience that wholeheartedly expresses our sincere appreciation for those who engage with our instruments. Mahogany is famous as the best tonewood available for a balanced, warm tone. The MS ukulele features an all-solid mahogany body including the top, sides, back, and neck, which provides much better sustain, richer tone, and more volume than laminated woods. Both concert and tenor sizes with the options of acoustic and acoustic-electric options are available. This ukulele is intended for any starter or intermediate player use. Definitely a great ukulele travel instrument, just haul the bag to school every day, camping trips, coffee shops, children's parties and on any road trip you take. The Cherry blossoms decoration's unique design and tone will let you catch all the people's attention and eyes when you hold it. Mahogany is among the most widely used woods for Ukuleles. It’s a reddish-brown tropical hardwood known for providing a well-balanced and moderate tone. A solid mahogany ukulele often emphasizes bass and treble with more overtone coloration a "woody" sound. This is the fun one and also the size that most people associate the ukulele with, it also makes that real typical classic ukulele sound. Ukulele is a good gift choice for all of you whether you have tried out other instruments or not. It is an excellent instrument for beginners, intermediate, and even professional players. The best features of a solid material ukulele are its sounds well getting better and better with time aging, which means it will accompany you from beginner to a professional player, and you don't have to buy an advanced uke when your skills improved.

I received this ukulele yesterday, and I’m already in love! The Mahogany wood grain looks absolutely stunning, and the inlay detail on the sound hole adds so much to it. Also, I love the gloss headstock with the cherry blossoms! As for the playability, it’s SO easy and fun to play. It has a huge, full, rich sound that will get warmer and warmer through time-although it is already warm out of the box. The tuners are smooth as butter, and it already stays in tune very well for being new. My only small issue is I find the neck a little too thick for my liking, but that’s mainly a personal quirk. I generally prefer a thinner neck. Apart from that, I find this ukulele absolutely perfect in every way and there’s nothing I would change. I also really enjoyed the accessories that came with it, especially the finger shaker. It’s fun to experiment with it! All in all, a very quality ukulele, as is Enya’s standard. It goes above and beyond for the price. Definitely would recommend it for any and all players of all levels and walks. ... show more

    • good enya product
Size: 23 inch Color: Natural Concert
I've dabbled with various ukuleles with different materials and from different brands including quite a few from Enya. This particular ukulele was my one of my least favorite. It is not a bad instrument but I disliked it for a few reasons. Pros: Great look - I love the inlay in the headstock. The rest of the ukulele is plain and unassuming but still a good look. Great build quality and set up - Not remarkable issues with quality. The strings were set up with a nice height that makes it great to play out of the box. I've noticed this with many of Enya's products. It's a great touch that will help newer ukulele players start learning immediately without having to take an instrument to a shop to get it set up properly. Great case - The included case is sturdy enough for storage and car travel. Good padding and a step above the simple vinyl bags that other ukulele companies include. Cons: The sound quality was OK. The tone was sweet and clear but quite muted and constricted. The volume on the ukulele was very quiet. The instrument is supposedly built from solid wood. Normally, solid wood is a benefit but in my experience, solid wood instruments require more monitoring and maintenance to ensure they're not damaged by humidity or the lack of it. In the case of this particular instrument, I didn't feel like the work required in maintaining a solid wood instrument with this level of sound quality. I'd much rather have a laminate instrument that I wouldn't have to worry about. Overall, this is a great instrument to use for quiet practice at home. The design and presentation will inspire newer ukulele players. For more seasoned players, the sound may be disappointing and not worth the maintenance. ... show more

    • Exceptional quality and tone for the price!

This is my second Enya instrument in this style. The first was an EUT-MS tenor and now this EUC-MS concert. Both are beautifully made and give excellent tone. The fretwork is clean, the satin finish flawless, the headstock is beautiful and the craftsmanship excellent. I don't know where else you can find an all solid mahogany ukulele of this quality at this price. Enya has nailed it as far as I am concerned. ... show more

    • Cracked, repaired, second crack

I bought this model about 2 years ago when it cost $139. Just over a year in, it developed a crack in the soundboard. Their warranty only covers the first 12 months and you have to ship it to Texas. So I had it professionally repaired locally for a cost of $120. Now, there is a new crack developing to the left of the first one. It's fine if you're just starting out and want something basic. But there are some quality control issues with lesser ukuleles manufactured in China as they tend to not let the wood cure long enough. It's built when the wood is still new or wet and then this occurs. ... show more

    • Overall I am very happy with my Enya ukulele
Size: 23 inch Color: Natural Concert
I'm having fun learning the ukulele with this starter kit. I'm surprised at how inexpensive ukuleles are, and learning a small ukulele is easier than learning a 6-string guitar, and there are lots of lessons available online. The tuner and the case in this kit are wonderful, and I haven't used the other stuff yet. A big part of why I bought this kit is because the ukulele has strap attachments, but I haven't used the strap yet. At first I wasn't too impressed with the tone, but after two weeks of playing, it has warmed up markedly, and now it has a wonderful, warm tone and I'm really having fun with it. The only problem has been the fret bars. The ends were sharp and had burrs which kept catching up my fingers and interfering with the timing of my strumming. Eventually I did some research, bought cheap fret files, and smoothed the ends, but in the process of course I put little marks on the fret board. At first I figured that unfinished fret bar ends might be a reasonable compromise for such low-cost, but then I started to rethink that attitude because it would only have taken a minute or two for their assembler to smooth them off, and they would have known what they were doing and wouldn't have marked up the board, and it makes more sense for a few people to do it right on thousands of instruments than for thousands of customers to have to research and buy files and do it on their own. Sigh. But overall I am very happy with my Enya concert ukulele and starter kit. ... show more

    • great quality especially for the price
Size: 23 inch Color: Natural Concert
The case is padded and able to hold its structure well. The uke itself is well build and excellent quality for its price. The additional accessories easily make this bundle worth more than it costs.
