I notified the company that shipped it. I explained to him what was going on I got no response that should not be sold to senior citizens is dangerous. I hurt my rest and my shoulder scooter as I hit a high place and a jerk back on me something gotta be done, I don’t get any response. I’m gonna put it on Facebook.
