I ordered the sample packs first to see if I liked them. I read other reviews about swallowing them & 30 tablets & freaked out a bit. I have heard so many good things about spirulina algae and trying to find ways to take it every day. The tablets are small, smaller then a normal size tablet. If you have no issues swallowing pills you will be fine. If your like me & many others out there and the packaging says 1 serving size of 30 tablets that's scary. There's no way that is happening, it would take me ALL DAY to get 30 tablets down. So, I did it my way 2-4 a day. I still notice a change. Whatever you do, don't chew them, they are gross tasting. You can also add them in your blender & mix with your smoothie. (that saves you from having the swallow all 30) I have noticed I have more energy and less headaches. Very pure product. Tastes fine to crunch up (kind of nutty/brine-y, not unlike nori sheets). Still prefer to swallow them like pills, as they do get stuck in teeth and turn your mouth blue-green. Can’t comment on “sheerness” as I really don’t know what that means in this context. Haven’t taken them for long enough to be able to speak on how much “energy” they give me. ... show more
