I bought this product because of the added benefit of protein and vegetables. Having had gastric bypass surgery 6 years ago it’s important to keep up my protein and vegetable intake which is always challenging because I don’t get hungry and fill up quickly. I gave it a 4 because the package doesn’t provide dosage amounts based on need. I had to ask the seller how much I should take for my dietary need. The answer for me: For help with general wellness and boost of energy we recommend 10 tablets of spirulina(ENERGYbits® or BEAUTYbits®) in the morning and 10 tablets of chlorella (RECOVERYbits) in the evening, or 20 tablets overall for VITALITYbits®. This would be expensive so I will probably take 3-4 spirulina in the morning and 3-4 chorella in the afternoon. I’ll be curious to see what my lab work looks like in a few months.

it was as good as other brands i've used at a much lower pricepoint. I wanted to try it to see if it was worth the hype but i did not find that to be the case. Good product, overpriced based on my results
