I bought the unit ePX3100 in November 2024. I do not write immediate reviews after putting the product into use and observe the pros and cons. The installation was relatively easy but the directions need some attention from the vendor to make it a bit less confusing and easy to follow eliminating guess. The unit is easy to hook to the water source and turns on nicely. The tips take some time to get familiar with, this is due to me since this is the first pressure washer I owned. It is powerful and washes and removes dirt without any effort. I also purchased a separate foam unit and I do not use the one on the unit. Overall, it is a good purchase and it does what it does. The power cord is long enough for me and it is also easy maneuver around. The compact size is appealing feature. The tools are easy to store around. ... show more

Well constructed with good assembly instructions. Comes beautifully packed for compact shipping, and the parts all fit as they should. Comes with four nozzles and a "Turbo" nozzle, and the nozzles have onboard storage. Machine takes a few minutes to get going, probably from air in the hose, but once it starts flowing strongly, the pressure is great and works well. The stainless steel "lance" must be detached from the wand for storage, but that's okay, considering this is quite compact. If you don't get a powerful spray at the beginning, keep trying, it should eventually get consistently powerful, and once it starts flowing, it does not revert to the weaker spray. I've cleaned a driveway and a deck so far, and it works well. Glad I bought it. ... show more

We had a sun joe, it died after 3 uses. We purchased this to replace it. This thing is amazing !!!! It works way better than the other. The wheels make it super easy to maneuver, it’s quieter, stronger, smaller and just all around a great little washer.

I would give this 4.5 stars if it was an option. Very effective, well thought out and easy to handle. It practically follows you around. It’s light weight and a tremendous value. The only criticism I have, and it needs to be addressed, is that the water hose from the unit to the wand is made from a material that is way to rigid. It makes it difficult to handle. I was looking for an electric pressure washer and, after much research, decided on this great one from Westinghouse. I followed the directions and it worked perfectly, just as described. Cleaned our grimy deck to perfection. I started with the soap nozzle and then tried the 15 degree nozzle and then moved to the 25 degree nozzle and, finally, the turbo nozzle which oscillates back and forth. All worked well but I think the 25 degree worked best to really get rid of the dirt and grime. I also used the spray wand without the pressure washer turned on to clean our patio windows to sparkling! This is one awesome pressure washer and is extra great because it's on wheels and moves easily as you move from one spot to another! ... show more
