Deep side wings offer advanced side-impact protection, while the included head and bottom inserts help support newborns and smaller infants. The no-twist harness indicators allow parents to quickly spot twisted straps, making buckling in easier and more consistent. An adjustable canopy with visor provides added sun protection during outings. The included base features a flip-foot recline and bubble level indicator to help families find an appropriate installation angle. The smooth bottom surface helps protect vehicle upholstery, and the seat is fully LATCH-compatible for secure installation. ***UPDATE: May 21, 2026: I had my baby and was finally able to use this Baby Trend EZ-Lift Pro Infnat Car Seat. I noticed while taking my baby out that the bottom part of the buckle where it clicks in, it digs into my baby’s thighs and caused it to be a bit red. I’m not sure if I’ll keep using it as this is a bit of a concern for my baby. I can’t return it either because I had already thrown the box away. I have included new photos with my update. I was debating back and forth on whether to buy this carseat or not. It was on sale for $95 for the longest time since I’ve seen it. Getting closer to my due date and I was still debating. I had it in my cart for a while but I had recently received a free carseat from my health insurance/county assistance. So, that made me kind of just debate back and forth on this one. I was comparing this to the free one I had already received, and I wasn’t really “feeling” the one I had gotten for free. The padding and handles, along with the base, were not really up to my standards/liking. I looked at this Baby Trend EZ-Lift Pro Infant Car Seat again and saw that there was only “1” left in stock… but the price had also went back up to the original, $119. I bought it right away thinking it was the last one. Only to find out after I had already purchased it that it was not the last one that I had bought. There were still more in stock. Not only that, but the price had went back down to the sale price of $95. So disappointing because I could had saved a few bucks. I wished they didn’t constantly adjust the price on this carseat. Anyway, the Baby Trend EZ-Lift Pro Infant Car Seat is very light weight compared to the one I had received for free. The base is easy to install and the carseat clicks in place smoothly. It seems to be durable from the feel of the material. Padding is not too bad. I did buy some extra padding/carseat liner for the carseat. So, I think it should be fine for my baby. One thing I did notice about the size of this carseat is that it seems a bit more “narrow” and not as “wide” as the other freebie carseat I had received. So I’m hoping it’ll still be an okay fit for my baby once she gets a bit bigger, and won’t be so squished in the carseat. The straps are very easy to adjust as well as other adjustments needed on this carseat. I forgot to take a photo of the original carseat, along with the freebie one I had originally received that I had put in the linings to compare the inside sizings/narrowness/wideness. I have included photos of the carseat with the paddings that I had purchased extra for this Baby Trend Car Seat though. Hope this helps for anyone who is wondering how big/wide/narrow the inside of the carseat may be. ... show more
