I love this Emeril oven. I have had one for 5 years in my home and use it daily. Because there are three shelf positions, I can have several shelves of food cooking at the same time, which is really convenient. I just purchased a second home that is a complete and total fixer and the first purchase I made was a second Emeril oven so I would be able to cook healthy meals for me and my husband as we renovate the kitchen. It's perfect for daily use for a family of two and, many times in the summer, I opt to use this oven instead of the large oven in my range. It does get a little warm when in use, but it' gives off much less heat than a traditional oven. I purchased a second airfry basket so I can make plenty of fries. To aid with cleanup, I cover the bottom tray with foil. Although the accessories are easily cleaned in the dishwasher (wonderful bonus there), I find it easier to change foil out on the bottom tray to avoid having to clean heavily baked on messes (ie oils from cooking). The only feature I am not a fan of is the rotisserie. It works perfectly fine but the clean up is tricky after the oils and fat from cooking land all over the walls and bottom of the oven. Instead of making myself crazy with that type of clean up, I am just not using that feature. I'll save that type of cooking for the outdoor bbq.

Had an older toaster oven that still worked, but could never get the knack of cooking things that came out cooked properly & temperature I wanted. This thing does everything, air fry, bake, toast, roast. Best thing, I can preset things I do often & it's so quick. Also preheats quickly, lets me know when it's ready & beeps when done. Really enjoying it.

I've purchased this air fryer 6 months ago, and using it a few times a week for: toasting bread / bagels, making french fries, roasting / broiling veggies (tomatoes / peppers for salsa, broccoli and cauliflower, etc.) and making chicken drumsticks / wings. I'm using only the basket (and the drip tray) and none of the other accessories, so can't speak to them. TL;DR - decent product, just wish the drip tray was more dishwasher-friendly. Wrap it in aluminum foil before using. Air frying quality - decent, not very even (when making french fries, for example, some turn out really deep golden brown while others are more light gold), but overall it works well. Size / capacity - decent for two people; good quantity of french fries for two people, up to 16 wing-parts (i.e. 8 whole wings, cut). There are larger options out there (I used to have the COSORI Smart 12-in-1 Air Fryer Toaster Oven Combo), but the nice thing about this smaller one is that it doesn't take as much space on the counter, it takes less time to clean and the accessories (e.g. the basket) take less space in the dishwasher. Cleaning - not too bad, basket can go into the dishwasher and it's in pretty decent shape after 6 months - only few small spots of stuck-on grease. Pointing out that I always use Airfryer (perforated) Parchment Paper liners, which helps. Drip-tray is not dishwasher-friendly... after it completely rusted out on me, I've ordered a new one (from the Emeril Everyday website) and I'm going to use it only when it's wrapped in aluminum foil, as I've seen other customers do, and avoid putting it in the dishwasher - hopefully it will last longer this way. Air Fryer interior is fairly easy to clean, though I wish the inside corners would not be zero-radius - these are harder to clean. The fan area gets fairly nasty and it's harder to clean compared to the rest of the interior, but this is expected (all air fryers I've used are like that).

This is the third unit I've purchased. I loved mine so much I bought one for my older daughter. I just purchased this one for my younger daughter. It is so easy to use. I rarely use my large conventional oven anymore. I use this for almost everything including baking an 8 x 8 cake. It cooks much faster than my large oven as well. My daughter loves the dehydrator function. It's easy to clean too. This is a fantastic work horse. Just be sure to adjust your recipes. It cooks hotter and faster than a large oven. I reduce the heat by 5 degrees and start checking the food after half of the time required by the recipe. I hope they never stop selling this unit or make any weird changes. It's perfect as is!

Compared to similar in size Breville 670: on the good side, this one would make frozen waffles quite decent on bagel setting. Also, I like steel heaters that are more reliable than quartz when are dripped over, and I do like the absence of "smart chip" that does something without explanations. Emeril algorithm is much simpler, well explained in the manual, and therefore the result is predictable. However, the Breville oven looks more expensive (which it is). I was not too successful making french fries on air-fry setting, but that could be just me. Baking is fine. What I do not like about Emeril: - the LCD display loses contrast if placed at your eye level or higher (Breville's LCD is as bad. They say more expensive Breville models have much better displays, but alas they are much bigger, and I wanted a mini oven, not a major appliance). - the LCD display is too busy, and functions are hard to read - the main control knob is the smallest one - an idiotic design choice, if you ask me. When you choose the function, it rotates too easy, and you have to be careful to select the right one. Two large knobs are for secondary settings, which is counterintuitive, so Breville wins this round. - the buttons are marked not very clearly - the beep is not overly loud, but could wake up someone else, and not sure if it can be turned off. So, overall, the oven seems worth its money, and I do not regret the purchase.

Keeps you from heating your whole house up by using the oven. Cooks well, temps similar to regular oven. Does not over heat or over cook my food. Food comes out crispy and delicious. I would recommend and I have bought a second one for my son. Now my daughter wants one.
