Once you play with the few knobs to understand how they adjust each setting, it is very easy to use. Plus, for each selection type of cooking, it will remember the temperature and time that you entered the last time (as long as you don't unplug it), which makes it easy to cook the same pizza all the time, or if you are toasting and baking the same items all the time. You just select toast/bake/or pizza and hit start. Put a piece of tin foil over the tray that slides into the bottom to make the cleaning pretty easy. I don't know anyone that actually uses it for rotisserie cooking, but I guess it does it, but I'd be worried about the cleanup on that. To be honest, it sat in its box for over a year, although I’m sure it would be work extremely well. I needed help getting it into my kitchen, and eventually I set it up. Could not ask for anything better. I’m not too much into air-frying yet, but once I found simple purposes for it, the more delighted I was using it. So used to using a huge oven for baking and roasting, and this toaster-oven air-fryer will eventually help me to use less gas and electricity, plus I don’t have to clean like an oven. Once I find time to use the dehydrator and rotisserie, I’ll really enjoy it. ... show more

The door does not stay open and if you're not careful in holding it down with one hand while taking food out with the other, the door springs closed and you will get burned.

    • Only one basket?

When these first came out we ordered from TV, and they included three airfryer basket trays—just like he demo’d on the infomercial. But this one only includes ONE airfryer basket/tray. What gives?? Thats literally the best feature! The whole reason I loved my own 360xl air fryer was that it had THREE baskets so I could make multiple items at once and cook for my large family. Gave as a gift, but they were disappointed to see they didnt get 3 baskets like mine. Went back, and sure enough the item description says only 1 airfryer basket is included, so it wasnt a false listing. But if youve ever seen the infomercials, be aware. Apparently the only way to get more is directly through the manufacturer website. Pretty disappointed. That being said, we all love our 360xl’s and use them almost daily, so its still a great item. ... show more

So far, I really enjoy it… a friend told me to stop throwing out fries when I get home … I absolutely hate cold fries and heating them up in the microwave doesn’t help… yuck. So I bought this on Amazon Day… and love it…. My only regrets are 1 I think I need a second basket….. are those available?? And 2. I wish I had gotten the bigger one instead… LOL. ... show more
