Once my package finally arrived after being lost for a couple of weeks, I was able to assemble it. It was fairly easy, all parts and tools (Allen wrench) were included. One of the cushions was misshapen and looks pretty bad due to how it was packaged (which unfortunately affects the comfort factor as well). I hope it will return to it's proper shape, but I highly doubt it. Material of the cushions doesn't feel like super high quality, but I like the color (beige). It will be on pur covered porch so hopefully it will last. I love how the chairs bounce effortlessly when sitting (the reason I chose these chairs!). I've only had them assembled a short time, but so far I like them enough to say I would order again for a covered porch.

The assembly was simple. The chairs are sturdy and almost exactly like the ones I had before that had finally rusted to the point of no return. I really like the spring aspect- kind of like a rocker but not quite so much that I worry about catching one of the dogs’ tails or paws underneath. Great for a fidgeter like me. The big drawback was the cushions. I knew as soon as I unwrapped them that they weren’t going to hold up. But at this price point what can you expect? I’ve had the chairs now for less than 3 months and my rear end is already begging for relief! I’m currently researching the most cost effective way to remedy this. I don’t have a problem with the back cushions, just the seat cushions. I’m thinking of ripping open the seam and replacing the foam with something better. My sewing skills are subpar, but since the seam will face the back I don’t think it will matter much. I do spend a lot of time on my back patio sitting in these chairs so for occasional use the cushions will probably be fine.

Overall, I like the fact that the chairs are very comfortable and sturdy. I wish there would of been some extra hardware in case pieces got lost or stripped during assembly. It was pretty easy to assemble. Just a warning, do not overtighten the screws. You need to keep them all lose until the very end, then you can tighten them (not to much or you will strip them). I was, however, displeased by the appearance of the box on delivery. The box was in pretty bad shape. Fortunately, nothing was damaged. Overall, I would recommend this product for the value and comfort.

I like the set! Perfect for our needs. Shipping was a nightmare. Apparently it was lost… went through an hour long conversation with Amazon customer service to just get a replacement. Finally received it then 2 days later received the original one. One was missing all the hardware and a cushion plus the box was tore up. Anyway put together the first one I received and liked it. Had to find a box to repackage the original one which was a pain because it’s heavy and take it to UPS to return. I had called Amazon and asked them to send the missing pieces because I thought well I’ll just keep it because honestly I was tired of dealing with it. But they wouldn’t do that. So after a weekish of using it there is a small tear that has appeared on one cushion in the seam… I’ll just fix it no big deal. Other than all that it’s comfortable seems sturdy and it’s not bulky which is what I was looking for!

Love this glider. The quality, size and style are perfect. I rarely write reviews however in this case I want to help purchasers of this product on one issue that was a problem for me. First off, let me say all the parts were included. The issue I had is the instructions did not accurately describe the count and size of the included screws. These are metric screws and three sizes are included and necessary to putting the glider together. The medium and large screws are shown but the count and size are mixed up on directions. This totally had me thinking I was shorted. In the end enough screws are provided. Also it is a little confusing from the diagram how the slider and base go together so I didn't get it right the first time but second time around I figured it out. I will say the end product is comfy, looks nice and feels like very good quality for the investment. I'm glad I purchased it!

I didn't notice the bar was broken before installing completely. Overall good quality but the little holes allowed for bees to hide so I placed tape over them. The cushion seemed pretty good quality but is sinking on one side but unsure if it's because that's the same side the pole is broke. Spent a decent amount of money on this just sad it was broke. I think it'll last a long time but will have to update cushions for sure.
