Half of the hardware is missing. The instructions are impossible to understand because most of the hardware is labeled with the same part number. The legs that are assembled into the machine are not fastened tightly. This is a mess of parts with nothing visibly labeled on the instructions. This elliptical machine is smooth, quiet, and easy to use. The resistance levels provide a great workout, and the compact design fits nicely at home. Comfortable pedals and stable movement make daily exercise enjoyable and effective. The best thing about this machine is it doesn’t need to plug.

Trying to put together this elliptical was one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to do. 4 of the washers aren’t even included in the kit, I had to provide them myself. The tool given in this package is the most hilarious thing I’ve ever tried to use. Have your toolbox ready. Quiet? Instructions for set up are horrible- as it comes partially set up which is great but they still include the hardware fur the steps already done so it’s confusing - machine feels a little unstable when using but you get used to it -the workout is intense though so that’s great

3 weeks in and elliptical is still "silent". Mind you you are going to hear it but it's not loud compared to other workout machines. I'm using this in a 2nd floor apt just fine.

Machine is cheaply constructed and there are plastic parts that don't snap together. The instructions are convoluted and the naming convention for hardware is unnecessarily complicated. In addition, completely different parts are labeled exactly the same. The resistance levels are also weaker than expected, even at the highest setting. While the machine generally feels stable during use, there is a noticeable wobble when exercising. I weigh only 130 pounds, which makes me skeptical of the manufacturer's stated maximum weight capacity. Update: After one week of use, the machine is now very squeaky. Not quiet at all. ... show more

I ordered this one because it had the tablet holder, but if your tablet is not 10” or under it won’t fit. The tablet also bounces around a lot and isn’t steady. The dial is so faint that I cannot really read it, so I must use my watch to guage time and distance. Not sure if mine is a dud or if they are all that way. The tension works ok I guess, I have not used an elliptical before, but I had to put this one on 4 before noticing any tension at all. Besides that, it has worked alright so far, but I’ve only used it about 10 days. I would have given it 4 stars but that practically unreadable dial is really a joke! ... show more

Find something else. There is crucial information entirely missing from the assembly instructions, and no response from the manufacturer for support. You definitely don't want to have to repackage this thing to return it. Avoid the hassle and choose another elliptical.
