Quiet and stable. Easy to adjust for difficulty. The heart rate grips are functional. It operates very smoothly. I arrives partially assembled and is fairly easy to assemble using the included tools and hardware. The pictures in the assembly manual are a little small, which makes it difficult to read the small print. I found a magnifying glass helpful. It doesn't take up too much room and the wheels on the front stabilizer make it easy to move out of the way. My wife and I use it daily and couldn't be happier with it.

Nice machine and not real difficult to assemble, just took a little longer than expected. Really stiff working even on #1. Wife could not move pedals. Hope it will loosen up or maybe someone has some ideas.

The elliptical machine is a great addition to my basement home gym. It feels smooth and natural and the frame feels sturdy. The monitor does a good job keeping track my stats and calories burned. The only downsides, it was hard to assemble. It requires time and patience.

This exercise machine is perfect for home exercise if you don't have time to go to gym. Noise free, very smooth and very sturdy. Installation takes about 1 hour which is not bad for this heavy equipment. I worked out while my baby is asleep and she doesn't wake up by the sound. Highly recommend.

I’m a total beginner when it comes to exercise equipment. I’ve never really been into working out, but lately I could feel that not exercising was starting to affect my health, so I decided it was time to do something about it. After doing some searching, I ended up getting this exercise bike, and I’m so glad I did. What I really like is that it gives me a full-body workout without taking forever. In just about 15 minutes, I’m already sweating and can feel my whole body engaged, not just my legs. The arm movements built into the bike make such a difference, because I wanted something that didn’t just focus on one area. It feels efficient, which keeps me motivated to actually use it. I can keep my tablet over the digital board and listen to something while I pedal makes me utilize the time efficiently. For someone like me who’s just starting out home exercise plan, this bike is perfect, it’s simple, effective, and actually makes me want to do it every day.
