I'm pretty disappointed in this machine, but I guess you get what you pay for. The box was damaged at delivery, but luckily the screws were on my porch. The directions are off with the labeling of parts. It wasn't terribly hard to put together, according to my partner. It feels like the resistance is off as well. I've never had an issue using an elliptical before, but I can only do about a minute on there without my legs burning really bad. This would not be suitable for beginners. I'm not in great shape, which is why I bought it, but I've never had any issues with any other elliptical machine. The machine also doesn't feel very stable. I worry about the quality and how long it would last if I could actually use it. I do appreciate the size. It doesn't take up much space. Overall, if it was easy to return this item, I would. Unfortunately I'll probably have to see it.

I have had this since late February and I use it about 3 times a week 20-30 mins and I love it! The screws were loose in the box but all parts and everything I needed was there. Took about a hour to put together but highly recommend it! I did keep the wrench it came with to help tighten screws when needed but for the price I paid it is worth it!

*READ for missing screws insight* Assembly manual is misleading. Many report missing screws. Upon much analyzing, the 8 screw pieces (M8 x20) are the 4 piece screws (M8x40) included. Piece #19 that says "8 screws" really totals to "4 screws" each double the size of a single 8-screw. You have to be creative on how to use those 4 screws to attach the handles. It goes 2 (M8x40) screws for each handle. Order goes screw+ arch curved washer on one side, and the other side is a curly spring washer + a hexagon nut (similar to set up of pedals). Due to this adjustment of 8 short screws to 4 long screws, the amount of "18 washers" (14 to assemble and 4 extra as noted in the manual) is reduced to 6 washers with 2 extra at the end. The only place the flat washers go are at the feet pedals. I spent almost half the time to figure out the missing 8/18 whatever screw/washer pieces. The manual images are tough to read. Otherwise you get what you pay for. Exercise quietly, decent and gets the job done so far. Not sure if the middle display pad can be increased for more comforting, otherwise decent minus assembly.

Steel rod connecting to flywheel snapped in half while running. To clarify I weigh less than 170 pounds - half the max load advertised. Less than a month in, while running, the 1" steel rod connecting the pedal to the broke clean in half. This is part of the device assembled at the factory, not the bits you have to assemble. Obviously defective from the factory. Would not recommend at all.

The media could not be loaded. The unit had a manufacturing defect. Turns out to have been a spacer used for assembly by the manufacturer that wasn't completely remove after assembly. This left a sharp piece of meta in the joint sticking out. Dangerous if someone should rub against it. I notified the customer service and got a poor response that was no help or resolution. They basically said if i wasn't happy they would give me a 15 dollar discount. After tracking down what the piece was I pulled it out and the machine works correctly now without a sharp metal piece sticking out.

This machine is adequate for my workout routine. Easy to assemble.. took about 45 min. It is a little unstable, the support braces on the bottom should’ve been longer to keep from having the machine off-balance as you exercise. It’s not the top of the line machine, but for the price is not bad.
