Happy with this product, It is not for heavy hitting, it is for reflex training , It is excellent for cardio and accuracy and footwork, If you are not a footwork kind of person then this may not be for you as too flexible, However....it is great to move around it with footwork and treat it as a target on opponent so you can chase the target, For a whole body workout it is great, A good buy for people that like to put creativity in there training ... show more

took much longer to assemble them I thought. Lightweight is good and bad. Stronger machine would be better and last longer. Lighter would be easy to move but you have to lift the whole unit up to get the rollers to work.
