I cannot put into words how great this little machine is. I would say I use it probably 2 hours a day. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now. The pain and the swelling in my legs, knees and ankles is gone. It’s so easy to use. It runs smooth, has a remote which is a plus, only problem I’ve had with it is my feet slipping off the pedals which causes the machine to stop and the machine sliding. I suggest getting a mat. And I’ve found out that the feet slipping off the pedal is caused by my shoes. I usually use it bare foot or with socks. I’m going to try some yoga shoes or slippers. I would highly recommend this little machine. It’s been a blessing for me. I would definitely purchase this machine again. I can only give it 5 stars it deserves more. As far as weight. It’s not a strenuous machine. But I do notice my legs taking on shape none the less. The are looking like legs lol. This machine was built with seniors in mind for mobility and that it does. I’ve only had it two weeks and I did drop a pound. But I didn’t really buy it for weight loss. The weight of the machine is easy to carry. I usually leave mine by the couch cause I’m using it all the time. If you are having problems with your legs swelling or mobility buy this machine! You will not be sorry!!! ... show more

    • Not bad at all
I had another previously and was just a pain to use. I like this one because I do not have to slide my foot in and because the way it is designed, your foot does not slip. It does not make a lot noise - if it does I have not noticed it. It has a remote which helps. It has 3 levels/programs/whatever you call it - where it will go backwards and forward. You can increase the speed. It really works, I felt it in my legs. It is a great buy and a person will be more likely to use it. Much better than what I had before. It is definitely serving its purpose. (P.S. I have to double knee-replacement - it reminded me of the times in therapy. I really like it) ... show more

    • Read the manual first
It’s actually pretty good, but I being your typical man figured how hard can it be. Plug it in and go, right? I mean it’s got two peddles, put your feet on them and peddle. Like how much could the instructions actually add that I can’t just figure out. Okay, so I am hard headed, I plugged it in first because I figured it will need a charge first (don’t they always?) anyway after a week of being plugged in I figured time to take this thing on a test ride. And I managed to get it turned on, I even managed to get the resistance and directional to work, however not really sure how. Then I didn’t like where I had placed it so I moved it. Mind you I hadn’t put the batteries in the remote yet so I am using the buttons on the actual peddler device and I am in need of new eyes so difficult for me to see. Anyway long story short (I know, too late) I couldn’t get it to work this time, so out came the manual and as I started reading it I got pretty concerned that I may have broken it but luckily when I tried it again it worked perfectly. They could have saved me a lot of time it they just got my input first on thier design and then no manual would have been needed. All kidding aside do yourself a favor and put your batteries in the remote and read the manual. PS it must be plugged in to work. ... show more

    • Good elliptical with varied modes
We like this machine! Good elliptical to use in any type of sitting position. It's great that you can use it manually or power it on. Can adjust to use it by speed and the timer keeps track of time and calories burned. Can be used in reverse as well. There are different preset modes that randomly change speed, resistance and direction to maximize the workout. 30 minute cycles and it shuts off automatically. If you want more, let it rest for 20-30 minutes before powering up again. You don't want to burn out the motor. Foot pedals are large and wide. Not sure how it would work with tiny feet - possibly with sneakers but it's fine for my husband and I who both have large feet. Not recommended for those looking for hardcore intense resistance. Not for seniors and those just looking for very light movement for circulation purposes. You can get another less expensive model for that. Does slide on our LVT floor but you can put it on a mat if you choose. I think it's a good buy price and performance-wise. Helps with my husband's leg swelling and tight Achilles. ... show more

I really like this "exercise" machine; I had a setback with a broken hip and am leery of walking outside on uneven ground for my exercise. This allows me to get the circulation going in my legs and it is very effective in relieving my pain when I am too sedentary. I was skeptical at first, but I am glad I bought it. Other machines were out of my cost-point. This one is very comparable and it is easy to use, easy to move around, and has many options.     • Wonderful gadget for sedentary folks
I spend most of my day sitting with my WFH job and this has helped me keep my legs moving when I don’t have much of a choice! It’s very quiet and easy to operate. Sometimes I do one of the programs or just set it to speed 3 and I forget I’m even using it. In terms of a workout, my thighs have been a little sore, although I wouldn’t call it a workout.     • Great for light exercise
I do a lot of work on the computer so I find myself sitting a lot. I picked this up so I could do some exercise for my leg circulation. I'm 6'4" so "under the desk" doesn't work for me but I can set this next to the desk and run it for a half hour while using a wireless keyboard and mouse. It doesn't seem to want to let you run at full speed for more than twenty or so minutes and it will shut off automatically at thirty minutes no matter what but you can rest a but and tack on another run if you wish. I think I will like this machine. I have only used it a few days. I have trouble walking and my legs are weak. I am unable to exercise and this machine will help me keep my legs in good enough shape that I can continue to walk. In the description it should be noted that people with Pacemakers need to check with their Physicians before purchasing.
