The product is nice and functions well. Since I installed it, I have some gripes about some of the design features. 1. I'm a little surprised that I have to use 2 outlets for this. I would have thought the top unit could have plugged into the bottom unit 2. Screw choices are wacky. Allens, torx, slotts - they're all in there. Enough to drive a guy nuts. 3. The wire for the sensor was designed backwards - it's extremely difficult to feed the wire UP to the top unit - it should have gone down with the hose and electrical cord. 4. The "gasket" between the upper and lower units is questionable - like is it really working, and how long will it last. 5. Whoever wrote these instructions never installed one of these (and neither did the engineer that designed it) otherwise 1-4 might be better. 6. Make sure when you're plumbing you make sure to clear for the filter - it's huge and takes a lot of space in there! ... show more
