This is the 4th hutch that we have purchased. 4 different models. Basically the same. This one has to much exposure to leave in a sunny outdoor area. Plexiglass allows too much sun. Hutch is smaller then other models. Overall the construction is good. Well made. Summer/winter cooling plate is a nice feature. On all the models I use a good strong wood glue for attaching the legs with included fasteners. No casters on this model, hard to move unless you have 2 people to help when moving hutch.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing!!!! My guinea pigs love it!!!! We just put them in today, they have been trying to bite certain parts of the cage, so I’m hoping it doesn’t mess up from them biting. Have to buy a different hideout, bc theirs was too big for this cage, it fit, but it took up a lot of room. Love the feature where when I open up the lid it props open so that it’s easy for me to clean everything!

If I could give this a half a star I would. Some of the pieces that make up the house doesn’t have holes so you’d have to creat your own and they aren’t labeled as to where to place them. Some of the pieces are warped so they don’t easily slide in. Now that I can’t complete the house and return it, I have to pay to ship it back, really terrible company.

This is a beautiful piece, nice and sturdy. The ramp is enforced with metal, I wish there was more metal lining the wood edges. Not sure how long the arch will stand up to the piggies teeth. The metal mesh is not that sturdy so be careful if you have dogs or cats. I didn’t put water bottle on mesh for fear it would pull the mesh out of staples. Overall this is cosmetically beautiful and a great home for my two guinea pigs.

This is my first store bought hutch and I have to say my rabbit loves his new home. It was a lot better then I expected. I like the several access points. The 2nd level cooling plate, the half solid/half screen floor. Since, I got it so the little guy can be outside more I have not used the catch plate, so it gets used as a roof instead. My order shipped super fast, like very next day,less then 24 hours after I ordered it. The directions where easy enough to read, it had all the parts necessary, it took me like a hour and a half to assemble. But I'm sure it will be much faster when i order a 2nd one for my other little fur baby later. Thanks for a wonderful purchase, I recommend this seller too anyone who is looking for a good deal and product.

We bought this for our new guinea pig and we love it so far. It was easy to assemble, my 12 year old was able to put it together. There is a strong smell at first but, it goes away after a while.
