This chair is very comfortable. It reclines like a recliner, it turns, but it does not rock. When the leg rest is pulled out, also comfortable, so rocker mode is not missed. The back rest can be adjusted back to 150 degrees and locked in place. Assemble was simple enough, the chair is stable. When the leg rest is extended, it may feel flimsy, but it's not, though if a lot of weight were to be applied, it could either bend rods or break the ABS support. The screws did loosen, So I tighten them tighter. If they loosen again, I'll apply locktight on the threads. The chair is definitely worth buying and keeping.

This chair is 10x better than both of the other kinds I've gotten before. The two problems I've had aren't an issue for this (thin seat pad, and bell housing underneath cracking and breaking) This chairs framing underneath are all flat and angled metal. No round metal to stress crack, and a very thick seat pad. This thing is built like a rock compared to others. no bolts stripped out in assembly. Long bolts where they need to be. the armrests are a little flimsy and shouldn't be pressed on too hard to the side, but don't seem like they would break from pushing down on them. There aren't any goofy side rails along the seat to collect dust crumbs and ash. The tilt function works well and the leg rest is pretty clever and works fine. Lumbar is adjustable and head pillow is large and comfy, has to be stretched a bit extra to fit over the top as the holes it's usually strung through are far to low for a neck pillow for someone 6 foot tall. but it stretches over the top just fine with a little motivation. If it falls apart in less than a year I'll be back to update and complain

I bought this chair a couple months ago, my cousin and I needed a brand new chair as we were both using a wooden chair for gaming. I came across this chair and saw that it looked very comforting and had support, and it also didn't have the annoying sides so that way i can have space for my legs. Noting that I have back issues, I felt like this chair was perfect for gaming and regular work. I did some research on the chair and only found a few videos. The videos I watched shows the chair as advertise so I new I was getting the real deal. When the chair arrived I was a bit lost because the cushion was about 2 inches or so thick, I assumed I just needed to give it to to air out like a brand new mattress. So I assembled it and gave it a day and came to disappointment. The chair is not as advertise or maybe I just got a faulty chair. I had the option the get another chair and return this one but I contacted my cousin to see if he also had the same issue... turns out he was having the same issue. We were both in dire need of a chair and didn't want to go through the processes of waiting another week or so to get a chair. Since a couple months went by I can say that this chair is uncomfortable long-term. Especially for gaming. The cushion is not supportive at all and overtime the material will start to separate. I have not seen myself use the leg rest at all because when i am gaming my calves always bump into the bottom part of the chair so i ended up removing it. The support pillow that it comes with is way too firm. as a 5'8 person the pillow doesn't line up for my neck but my cousin had no issue because he's shorter The lumbar support is very firm as well I don't find myself using it so i just use a regular pillow for support instead. Since I also sweat, the chair just absorbs everything especially my back since there is no airflow. Overall I suggest this chair for a child. Get yourself and ergonomic chair instead.

UPDATE 9/2024: I am disappointed to say the leather has ripped in two places after less than a year. I never sit in this chair with shoes on or anything sharp that would cause the rips. I am hoping to buy some kind of patch to be able to fix this before it gets worse, but I’m not thrilled it is breaking down this quickly. I was debating between this chair and another similar one, and I’m glad I went with this one. Everything feels very strong and sturdy, I’m not worried about this falling apart - though I bought the 3 year warranty since I work from home and want this to be worth it. Assembly was fairly easy, even with no words (just pictures). I got stuck on the footrest installation but finally understood it flips over to go under the chair when not in use. If I could change anything, I’d wish the legs and wheels were metal instead of plastic. They don’t feel cheap or flimsy, just would prefer it so they hold up over time.

It’s a really good looking chair, besides its very comfortable I love the style is easy to assemble. but the reason I bought this chair was for work, my job is very stressful and unfortunately I didn’t receive the massage pillow or whatever feature is that gives the massage function, I’m very disappointed cause I waited very excited more than a week to get this product and finally when I received the chair I realized about this massage feature was not in the box. Contacted the seller and let them know and they only offered me $8 usd for the inconvenience and they let me know they don’t have those massage cables now. I’m very upset because why did I have to reach out for them ? They should be honest at the beginning informing customers they currently don’t have that massage function available ! I’m very disappointed! And thinking seriously in returning this item ! Update 2: the screws do not work, the chair is loose every day, the chair is very poorly made and it is not comfortable at all, I am not happy, requesting a refund asap

Fast delivery! Easy set up! Most importantly this chair is comfy!!! I mean it doesn’t hurt your back or neck. The support “pillows” it comes with are helpful! I have to say this is Worth the price!! Set this up in less than 30mins , sat on it to test it out and I was impressed! Better than the chair I have in my work office! Highly recommend! The reclining is a bonus!! Plus the foot rest!
