Okay, so my review is for the Electric Smoker 11.11 model. I set it up myself in about 45-60 minutes. It's the first wood pellet smoker I've ever owned. So far, I have used it 3 times. The temp range is 100-350, regardless of what the description says. So far, every meal I have made has been incredibly well received by the family. Warming up pasta in aluminum, cooking burgers, or cooking pizzas. The flavor from the thing is incredible. I'm about to do a shoulder or bottom round roast tomorrow, and I expect it to be my best yet. This thing is simple and convenient if you just read the instructions and play with it a little. The meat probe is a PT 1000 on my model. I ordered a second one. I freaking love this thing. Customer service helped me with the meat probe model number. They responded within 24 hours. Other than not getting a little hotter, I don't have a single complaint. It's fantastic.

Easy to use. My first smoker and it was perfect!! I smoked some ribs. Quality is great, smoke output was good. Size was perfect, doesn’t take up too much space on my deck, temp control seemed to be good, great value for the money. Easy to clean as well. Happy Customer

There was a dent in the top of the smoker. The box it was delivered in was perfectly fine, so I am not sure when it happened. It was fairly easy to put together, all parts are not marked with letters so you have to kind of figure it out. I was disappointed that it didn't come with a small book for recipes or how to smoke. Most cooking items do now days. We haven't actually cooked in it yet, but did season the inside. We like that there is a glass door as the saying goes "if you are looking, you aren't cooking". So this helps to keep an eye on the meat.

Wow! What a surprise! I was not expecting such an amazing smoker for the price I paid. Putting it together by myself isn't going to be easy, but it doesn't look difficult. Can't wait to do my first smoked chicken legs! Yum!

This smoker has very poor temperature control. In order to get the internal temperature up to 225 degrees (checking with a thermometer in the chamber) I had to crank the temp up to over 300 degrees then turn it back down. This is also the only way to get the wood chips smoking. I am not sure where this unit senses the internal temps from, but the readout on the display does NOT match the actual internal temp.

I was very impressed with the quality of this smoker. It is a solid product. The only problem I had with it was that the inside door panel was put on backwards. and it is riveted so i couldn't turn it around. This caused the holes for the door handle to be on the wrong side. I had to drill new holes. That extra half hr gets a 4 star. Withour that i would have given a 5 star.
