I actually loved the packaging, I loved the ease of installing. I love the simplicity of the remote. The only issue I have is... when set to 1500W this item should trip my circuit as installed. I own another heater rated the same, instantly trips. Every time...I know I shouldn't do this but... long story short, this unit is not 1500W... with that being did it feels fairly well in use and I'm not returning it so 🙃 Changing to 4 stars as it is a great unit, easy to setup, use and great packaging... no I do no think it is rated correctly BUT the seller reached out and gave a full refund with no questions asked... great customer service earned a star!!!

Mounting was easy and this worked like a charm. It is not as large as the ones found at restaurants, but it's enough for a few people to keep warm outside at night. Used it by the patio on with friends, great to have on a cold night.

3 mode heating, super quiet, fast heating, remote control, LED Display/ Control Panel, 24h timer, VO Flame-Retardent materials, Overheat Protection. Initially, I plugged the heater in and the only thing that worked was the display. I unplugged the heater, replugged it in, and it still did not work. I toyed around with it a few more times (unplug/plug-in), and it suddenly worked. This initial response, or lack thereof, concerns me as to whether it will fail to turn on -- forever. The heater does not weigh much and was easy to install on the wall. The heat that radiated from the unit was substantial, covering about abt a 10-12' distance. This is on a southern CA evening in high 60s weather wo any wind. Overall, short of a rough start, the heater performed well.

I’ve used this for a few nights now and 3 times it shut itself off without the timer set. It seemed to heat up well, we have only had a few cool nights and will be right back to 88/70 for our temps so I’ll update with with issues after I get to use it more. We live in the Deep South so we have very mild winters. It doesn’t snow here so I can’t say how it would heat in freezing temps. It comes with a remote but you’ll have to provide the 2 aaa batteries. It has 3 heat levels, I tried it on the first and second. The second level put out a lot of heat, more than we needed to be comfortable. I do wish it had a thermostat to shut it off when it reached temperature. The one I received doesn’t have a tripod it’s a wall mount only. I prefer the wall mount anyway to keep it up out of the way especially since it won’t be used all that much.

I don’t even want to try and figure out how to use a gas heater in the outdoors. This is a great alternative and does get hot…maybe a little too hot. You may want to watch out for little one and pets when they’re around the heater, but nonetheless, it’s great.

I got this to use in my sun room for the winter, I had been looking for a good standing heater that didn't use the ceramic because it was so heavy. This one actually works well, it heats up quickly and can be adjusted to different temperatures for what is comfortable. The remote works really good and I like how the LED display is easy to see, even when its sitting further away from me. The size is good and the square base is very stable. I can easily pick it up and move, and the safety switch disables it when I lift it up; so if it was to tip over it would turn off. Overall I am pleased with its operations, hopefully it does not cost too much to run, and I will be able to enjoy my sun room on chilly winter days.
