I knew this item wouldn’t arrive in 2 days, but it was absolutely worth the wait. It came very well packaged and was much larger than I expected—in a great way. I purchased it to warm an outdoor open enclosure for my peafowl as part of my winterizing setup, and it works perfectly for that purpose. I really like the three heat settings, which you activate by clicking the pull cord. Even though this model doesn’t come with a remote, I don’t find that to be an inconvenience. I actually prefer the cord control since I walk out to check on the birds anyway. The heater is sturdy, easy to hang, and the instructions were simple to follow. It even adds a nice, upgraded look to the enclosure. Once installed, I tested it and immediately felt the warmth from the first click. The second setting is noticeably stronger, and the third works exactly as advertised. Since I’m running it through an extension cord, I’ll only be using the lower settings, but everything functions perfectly. I’m extremely pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone needing reliable outdoor heat.

Bought this for a small gym we built in our 3rd car garage and it’s worked great. Really warm radiant heat if standing in vicinity of it. Can’t beat the price. No real annoying noise at all. Simple to hang and power cord length is good.

The WORST heaters ever. DO NOT BUY! I bought four to use for my daughter birthday party but the power keeps shutting down and the heaters barely generate heat. Even at max setting, to feel the heat you literally have to stand directly beneath the heaters. Definitely not the sqft they stated in the listing ad. The heaters only provided heat in one feet of the heater! Their listing is a scam and false advertising to mislead the customers. Terrible and horrible heaters that do not work as listed. Worse yet, the owners refuse to refund and refund return shipping. Completely con and scam. DO NOT BUY from them.

It really doesn't heat the area effectively at all. They charge almost $30 to return it so it's a waste of money. If you're planning to hang this from a gazebo roof, save your money, don't buy this.

This is a beautiful patio heater and it puts out a good amount of heat for what we need it for, which is just around the patio table on the covered porch. We went with this vs the old gas tabletop we had because they're just a pain in the butt. Ease of use: Fantastic. Value: A bit expensive. Quality: Very well made. But here is where we go South a bit, we went to turn it off last night and the on/off switch broke. We've only had it around 3 weeks. I have contacted the seller and I do have a return period until January. I'll update when it's resolved.
