This item is made cheaply and mine would not turn on. Such a hassle to get defective items delivered then have to pay someone to drive it to a place to return since I do not drive. Would not recommend!

I put this heater on the wall inside my garage to warm up the place when Im working there. The mounting brackets are individual "L" brackets that are a real pain to line up with the holes in the back if you try to drill and mount them on the wall too. It should have a single mount thats easier to screw on the wall and just hang this onto the mount like another one I have. So I made my own mounting brackets using some T post brackets I had laying around and it went right up. It works very well and is totally silent when running. I do like the remote control and all the functionality it gives like setting temps and timers as well. The cord is plenty long enough and this is a nice long heating element that spreads the heat out very well. Seems to be a good value ... show more

Lots of pluses with this heater. Very well designed and easy to use. Really efficient, heats up quickly, maintains a comfortable temperature, timer feature is a great safety feature, four heat settings make it easy to adjust as needed.
