The base of this heater wasn’t very easy to install; you have to push it in with some force, but in the end, it was successfully assembled! The heater warms up quickly and has three adjustable temperature settings, which is very convenient. While the highest setting consumes more electricity, I have to praise how well it works. We love sitting on the porch, but winters are very cold. Ever since we bought this heater, we’re no longer afraid of the cold. We’re so happy with it! Hopefully, it lasts a long time! Disappointed that the heat doesn't travel too far from the source when used on a covered outdoor porch. We were hoping to use this to extend the season on our porch in Nashville, but unless you are sitting right next to the device, you can't really feel the heat. We tried using it on a night that was about 55° out, and it just did not work the way we expected. It may work better an in a three-season room that is enclosed, but don't bother if you are looking for something to keep you and your guests warm on an outdoor porch. ... show more

Took it apart several times, finally got it a bit better, but not as solid as it should be. Amazon customer service tried to help but couldn't confirm they sent the correct screws, something about the company has changed so many things. I may be returning it. The heating works great.

I purchased this heater to warm up my garage . . . not to make it toasty, simply to take the bite out of the cold. Based on the description, I thought I finally had found what I needed. . . no such luck. I even left it on overnight. Didn't make a dent. If you want to heat a small room in your home, I guess this will do the job, but it failed miserably for me! ... show more
