The scooter is very easy to control and the seat is comfortable. I was able to go along with my grandkids on their daily walk. The scooter easily went through my gravel driveway and lawn. I like how easy it is to control the speed. The basket on the front is nice to bring along items that we need. I can't wait to join my grandkids on other adventures with my scooter. I will soon take it to the grocery store, it is very portable. I like that I do not have to wait for an available scooter at the grocery store anymore. Honestly this is one of my best purchases. My mom recently had some health issues and can't get around the stores and things like she wants and let's be honest , walmart and the stores scooters are never charged or all taken up by people who dont even need them . So I bought her this so she can still get out and enjoy herself . Our first trip to Walmart and home depot with it she loved. She felt good again and even had fun with the scooter as well.(She kept taking off and I lost her a few times in the store lol) Thank you so much for having this wonderful product and for giving my mom another way to feel like her old self .

I have had this scooter for about three months now and it has been exceptionally great, no issues whatsoever! The build is very sturdy, feels high quality. This is the same model rental companies in Florida (the epicenter of electric mobility scooters) rent out to customers that go to theme parks and stuff. They know what they are doing, there is a reason behind them believing in this product! A+++ will buy a second one next year!

Yeah it came way early but in time for a family reunion and in two weeks a funeral. Thank you for not holding the delivery until October 25-31. This is my third scooter with the first two being Pride brand. I inherited the second (30+ years old) and insurance paid for the gogo lite Pride. I am back to needing a scooter again and I retired the old one and picked this one up. I like the placement of the hand controls and the scooter responds well as far as speed goes. I really like this scoot and will update this over time. The only negative is that the paperwork says it will handle people up to 300lbs. I'm female, 5'8", 155lbs and its a bit cramped for me. Ps. I used to weigh 260lbs and I would have never fit. Just sayin' for the larger population.

It's easy to operate, its comfortable, the color is nice and it's quiet. Great scooter for the price paid, especially when others are charging $1200 for the same scooter. It works great. Battery has good life. Speedy little scooter! Very nice. My Mother could buzz all around the community where she lived. Gets in and out of elevators easily. Charge lasts a long time. It gave her much more independence. It's also quite lightweight to carry. Remove the battery and it's easy to pick up and put in the van.

On the second outing with this scooter the seat broke so it cannot be used. We have left several messages with the scooter company with no return calls. I will have to say the scooter is so much lighter than a Jazzy and easy to handle. But if you need to contact the company, good luck.
