Wow! Just wow. If you are looking for a peppy e-bike you have found it. Delivered quickly and easy to assemble. It handles the dirt trail perfectly and it glides down the road. I’m 6’3 220lbs and it cruised at 40 mph down the road. Love this e-bike.

So I will start by saying that I no longer have desires to ride my Philodo H8 after put 60 miles on this bike. It’s not really a bike, it’s more along the lines of a moped or small motorcycle. As far as pedaling, you would have to have short legs for that to be effective. I’m 5’11 @ 230lbs and pedaling is not easy on this bike. With that said, it should be noted that this bike is not for exercise. This bike is for pure fun or for short commutes. With a full battery I can go about 20 miles at on level 3 with no issues at 25mph. At level 5 it will max out about 42 mph on level ground, and upwards to 50 mph going down hill. The brakes are very good and stop precisely. The front shocks are a little spongy but not bad as people say. Assembly was easy but they did not include all of the tools you need. So far the only downside is that the motor is noisy, sounds like a loud deep voiced mosquito, and it needs mirrors. I have no regrets and planning to purchase another when funds are available. ***Update!!!! The motor has failed and is making a terrible grinding noise. I have contacted ICT and apparently there is an ongoing motor issue. They said that a motor was shipped to me but everytime I check the tracking in the past 12 days it still says location China. At this point it’s a waste of $1700. Update!!! Motor arrived about 18 days after they shipped it. ICT sent an instructional video to help with the install which made it very easy. So far so good everything is back in operational order.

The media could not be loaded. Motor went out in 4 days 106 miles beautiful fun bike to have but motor does not last long tuttio offered another motor but shipping was 1 week to 3 weeks motor coming from China I returned the bike

We had the bike for just over a month and the charger malfunctioned for some reason. The charging port broke (short circuited and part of the charger that plugs in broke off while charging ) and we contacted the seller. They shipped out a replacement charger right away and were very helpful. Great customer service! Everything’s working as it should again.

While this bike may be ok for smaller riders, at 6'5" 275lbs...I find my feet hitting the ground occasionally when pedaling. This may be acceptable at 10mph...but not at 30+. Another issue with the bike is that you can't customize the speed limits of the pedal assist modes. Pedal assist 1 is set to 18mph, I'd prefer it around 10mph for cruising with another rider on a regular bike. Ideally it should be 1-10mph, 2-15mph, 3-20mph, 4-28mph(legal speed limit) and 5 unlimited. The only way to go slow is with throttle only. As other reviews have pointed out, the front mud guard is secured by a single bolt and it allows it to shift and always seems to be crooked. I would wait until the next revision with a few improvements is released.

The bike is great only if it’s reliable. I’m in the middle of figuring out how good this company is based on their response. Until then they 3 out of 5 because of the fun factor and seemed to be quality build. Very easy to assemble and speed was between 40-46 mph depending on road conditions etc. At 167 miles there shouldn’t be any issues under normal riding conditions unfortunately for me the engine sputtered and failed! I’ve reached out to them and offered realtime footage of the problem. No reply for some reason feels like delay tactic not cool! Anyway hope you do your homework watching videos on this bike. I was able to see one other rider experience the same problem. Other than that there has been more positive than negative from what I’ve seen enough said. I’ll change rating to 4 or 5 if they respond accordingly!

Fantastic! Just get some lock, alarm, turn signals and you're good to go. You can reduce torque and screen brightness through settings menu, check it out. I love it and so far riding great. Everyone who sees appreciates and asks about it. Would highly recommend!
