This Tymo AirHype Compact Hair Dryer has a lot of nice features. It is compact lightweight. It has a high powered turbo motor for fast drying. This lessens heat damage by not having constant heat on your hair. My hair dried within minutes and was not frizzy. I find a lot of times when I use a hand held dryer my hair usually comes out frizzy. The dryer also has several attachments that hold strong magnetically. I like that for ease of styling. There is a concentrator a diffuser and a hair pick. I only used the concentrator as I have fine hair. The hair pick is great for those with curly coily hair to lengthen your curls as they dry. The diffuser helps to dry curly hair without frizz. The diffuser also has a lever to shorten or lengthen the prongs depending on hair length. It has variable speeds as well as heat settings to accommodate your hair type. I do think it should have a button lock because I found myself changing the temperature during drying. All in all it is a nice dryer but I think it is a little expensive considering the other choices out there.

I really like this brand TYMO, so when I saw this dryer I decided to order it. I have a few other hair tools by TYMO that I was impressed with and this dryer has been impressive as well. It is a pricey dryer (at the time of this review it is $159. with a $30 off coupon) ...and it does feel like high quality. It's an attractive dryer being a pretty pink pearlized color. It is simple to use and dries my long hair extremely fast! My hair is straight, fine/med and past my shoulders and it was dry in minutes. It has 2 speeds and 4 temperatures and it gets extremely hot on the highest setting ... I didn't even need to use it. A lower setting worked just as fast. It's fairly lightweight and although somewhat small in size... I find a lot of the current dryers are the same size so I don't really consider it compact. Besides the quick drying, I really like that it is less noisy than many other dryers. There's still noise, but to me it's much more pleasant sounding. It comes with 3 magnetic attachments. They're easy to put on & take off. And they really stay on. Yes, the color is a different shade of pink but it doesn't make a bit of difference to me. The diffuser is adjustable ... there's a comb and a concentrator. It has a very long cord (not swivel) and a safety plug. It doesn't come with some of the extras that others dryers come with ...such as a storage bag or clips or thermal glove but for me personally I have enough of those.. But it's a bit surprising for a dryer at this price point. But you will get a dryer that looks very nice, performs well, has good attachments and dries hair in minutes. I am happy with it ... I highly recommend it. ~ 5 stars.

This is the nicest hair dryer I’ve ever owned! I use the diffuser attachment, and while my hair is a bit too short to really curl and wave properly, it takes excessive moisture out very quickly allowing my hair to finish drying on its own. 👍the attachments- they are magnetic and attach and detach with little effort while staying put while in use. (Hand trouble can make this a difficult chore for me, but I can easily use these). 👍the diffuser - the attachment has a lever that extends or draws back the teeth depending upon your hair needs. If your hair is long and thick, levering the teeth longer will give more space for that long hair inside the bowl of the attachment. 👍the handle - handle is long. This concerned me at first - I have trouble with my hands and shoulders and feared that this would make for awkward handling. Just the opposite, actually! I am not forced to raise my arms up as high, therefore not taxing my shoulders to the degree that other dryers have. 👍the cord-the cord is so long! Not get in the way long, more like I don’t have to crowd up next to the counter long. Also, the cord is heavy duty. 👍the sound and air flow - it has a smoother *not quite as noisy* sound. No rumbles or high pitched whines! The air flow is gentle and effective. 🖐️the color-the color of the hair dryer and the attachments is not an exact match. I don’t care, but I mention it because there are people who will car about this.
