The 14 inch wheel version is well built for the price range and easy to carry up flights of stairs with the built in handles. There’s no need to fold it in half while carrying it by the handles. Battery hookup on the bike is simple-literally just a thick wire with a plug. The battery can be disconnected from the electronics while bike is sitting around without needing to remove the entire battery from the bike. Mine came with 2 sets of keys, mine aren’t chip reader keys but regular car-key style keys which is fine by me because I can make copies now in case I lose one. I bought the 1200 watt version and I’m happy with the power and battery life. It holds about 25 mph on flat ground and slight up hills. I’m 180lbs and 5’11” and the bike fits comfortably. Slows down on hills like any ebike but still don’t have to help pedal if I don’t want to put any effort in. Way more power than the 350-500 watt bikes in the same price range and twice the battery size of other bikes in the price range. ... show more

We wanted to send this bike back because it's doesn't hold enough weight but even with Prime membership they charge you to ship it back which is hundreds of dollars. We took the bike out and it doesn't even have peddles. So far I'm disappointed with my purchase.

Top about at 20 but feels like it can go faster. Climbs hills way faster and stronger than my brother jetson ebike. I haven’t gone too far with it but definitely fun.

This is my first electric bike, and it arrived a day early. Unfortunately, the bike lock was missing. I reached out to Tomofree customer service, and without any further questions, they immediately offered to send a replacement lock. As for the e-bike itself, it’s solid, durable, and incredibly fast.
