Bike is amazing. Easy assembly good 31.3 mph speed. The looks of this bike stock are nice but the amount of upgrades and mods you can do are great. The seat is very comfy for longer rides. The bike functions as you wish. 15.6 ah battery gets you far miles. Screen is also high quality. They also give you a nice phone holder as well. Screen also has a usb port for a charger or light bar plug in. In my opinion it’s better than the regular 1500 continuous wattage 20ah. That bike only goes 34mph 3 mph difference way better price. ... show more

Too many issues right of the box… First it was the bent rotors, decided to change it and it gave me a hard time to take off the screws because of the lock-tite that they used. Next the rear calipers is broken i brought it to bike shop and told me that i need to change it. 3rd the throttle, it’s not responding properly theres a 2-3 seconds delay. Also theres a missing nut on the wheels i can’t tighten it correctly because of that stupid missing nut. When i tried to run it the first time it gave me a couple error codes. I don’t know why i bought this. If you’re reading this trust me just get a different bike, maybe save up some more and get a better one. Quick shipping. Good seller. Bike is partially disassembled but very easy to put together, even came with multi purpose tool. Great battery range and motor power and does 31 mph. Suspension is mediocre , but for under $1000 Just buy it if your wanting a good all around E bike.

Good bike! For the price . Using it every day Battery charges quickly and runs long And bike is very fast . Had some issues with breaks squeezing but the company customer service is very good and responded right away and helped me correct the problem

It’s a good e-bike but I feel they should advertise it’s only 1000w not 1500w like the other e bikes on there site you’re essentially just getting a q20 lite instead of the normal 1500w q20 with better range torque and suspension we get the 1000w version when you guys are advertising a 1500w
