WOW! I am MOST Impressed with this Ebike! Ancheer put together some great components with a very powerful 500W Motor. This is my second ebike I got a Rattan challenger here at Amazon in 2022 and I still ride her with 2100 plus miles, but now that one is my grocery getter with the basket permanently attached. I jumped and trail road her very well to the point where I had a spill jumping and the bike landed on its back rim and tweaked it bad. Luckily, I am an old BMXer and straightened it out myself. And that helped knowing what mistakes not to make when I had a bit of a tough time putting my Rattan together back in 2022. The Ancheer Has those beautiful rugged Kenda tires, only I took the stock tubes out and put Slime thick tubes in which I would definitely recommend by someone that knows how to do this it took a lot of time for me over the last couple of years and some pain and damage to my old bike somewhat. You see I added a torsion arm I'm pointing at in the 4th picture because my old E bike eventually started to spin the whole wheel only because I really ride rugged and hard. The Ancheer Is built extremely well, I mean VERY well! While it took a couple of days for my old E bike to get the tweaks and get things tightened and tuned, this Ancheer Ebike right out of the front door and onto the streets and the dirt roads in my neighborhood rocked! I had to take the back wheel completely off to put my slime tube in as well as that torque arm, and when I did get the back rim on and tightened everything the gear shifted practically flawless with a tiny bit of screwdriver adjusting to the "new to me" 21 speed shifter on the left lever. Maybe 5 minutes of running up and down trying out the brakes figuring how to set the throttle drive as opposed to the pedal assist, and I went to the place where I tweaked the back rim of my old Ebike & got so pretty good air. When I checked and nothing jingled nothing shook other than a slight brake rub because I over adjusted and cleaned the disks. AWESOME torque & POWER. If you're not used to a bike that's big as well as powerful, I would take it easy because I have gotten used to my 350W motor from my old Ebike, and whether throttle or power, this E bike will pick that front wheel up easy! I love the blue, my old Ebike has a darker blue. I added lever grips and RockBros pedals like I have on my old Ebike, and I didn't put the kickstand on because I am just going to trail ride and have more outdoors fun with this incredible ebike by Ancheer and my battery power stayed up for a lot of riding, didn't drop past full. Purchased two of these bicycles for my twin sons, who are approximately 5' in height. They had outgrown their previous bicycles, so we were looking for an upgrade. After looking for key features, namely front suspension, 21-speed gears, and disc brakes, the costs of other bikes from several vendors easily exceeded $350. As a result, this had us looking at potentially moving to an e-bike, due to the range and ease of riding. We found these bikes here on Amazon and purchased two for them. Both bikes were shipped to us in a single shipment, but we only received a single bike from FedEx. After reaching out to the Zaplue support team they resolved the issue by confirming that there was a second item to be delivered by FedEx and we received it a few days later. In the end a mistake by FedEx, not Zaplue. Putting together the first bike took approximately 45min, but the instructions were quite easy to follow. Most of the bike is already assembled and only requires installation of the front brakes, front wheel, pedals, seat, and minor items. The tools provided are adequate to get the job done without any additional tools necessary, but some slightly better tools from home may be easier particularly the hex wrenches. The second bike after knowing the process took less than 30min to assemble. Riding the bikes is actually very enjoyable. The bikes have two options either using the pedal assist, which allows for multiple levels of assist from 1-5. Alternatively using a throttle located on the right handlebar, somewhat similar to a motorcycle, which gives full-electric power but no pedal assistance otherwise. Great for going up steep hills, particularly if you are fully stopped and need to get going. With the pedal assist you get a quick "boost" of power shortly after starting to pedal to get you up to speed. As a result, you can often stay in 21st gear without ever changing it, since getting going is actually quite easy. Battery life is surprisingly good, lastly 20+ miles before needing a charge when using the assist of "1" or throttle instead. Charging takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge. The chargers themselves do get quite hot during the charging, so recommend that they sit on something well ventilated and not covered up. Overall the bike quality is very good considering the cost. My wife (5' 6") enjoyed riding the bikes so much that we purchased one for her as well. She can raise the seat to a comfortable height, and the frame is a good size for her as well. I would recommend the bike for someone upwards of 5' 10" or so, likely not much higher. I am taller (6' 1") and the seat at full height doesn't allow me to fully stretch my legs, and the frame is somewhat smaller than I would prefer. However, power is good, even with my weight (~215lbs). We have had the bikes for about 3 months now, and going strong. We have taken the bikes on dozens of rides. We now have well over 200 miles on the bikes (they have a built-in odometer that tells you how far you have ridden). I would definitely recommend these to anyone in the market for an e-bike, or even considering a slightly higher-end mountain bike. ... show more
