The media could not be loaded. I waited a year to make a review, and I can confidently say I love my bike. I've had it a year on the 29th of July. (Couple weeks shy) and this bike has been flawless. As of this review, I've put on 289 miles on it, not a TON of miles, but most of them are off road and on trails. This bike has been great. A full charge lasts me hours of riding. I have yet to fully deplete my battery on multiple hour long trips. Typically 20+ miles and still have half life on the dash. This is all throttle controlled, no pedaling on mostly flat ground. If I was pedaling from start to finish, I am confident I could get nearly 100 miles on a full charge. For reference, I'm 180 lbs. 6'2". I often let my 8 year old ride with, and she is 60 lbs and the bike handles us on and off road no problem. Hills require momentum or downshifting and some effort. There's are few cons, but minor ones. Suspension is very stiff on the lowest setting. Does not have much travel. But plenty for regular riding. The seat is a tad too stiff also. The motor makes a rhythmic humming noise, but has been this way since day 1 and doesn't seem to be of any concern besides a minor noise. The gearing of this bike is too low, it's only 7 speeds, and at full throttle, or full assist, you can't keep up. The bike needs at minimum, 2 more speeds. So at full speed, you basically just ride it like a motorcycle. Not really an issue, but if you're trying to ride fast and save battery by pedaling you can't. In order to maximize your range, your only way is to ride slower. (19 mph or so) At full speed, full charge, I've been able to touch 34 mph (GPS verified) which is MORE than enough. It's fast enough to feel dangerous on sidewalks. I personally ride on the streets when there's no bike lane, I wish it had mirrors, but that's a small detail and not really a flaw. Overall I love the bike, and I'm considering getting a 2nd one and handing this one to my oldest so we can ride together.

As soon as I opened the box, I noticed the kickstand was broken. Since the bike is quite heavy and I didn’t want to risk it falling over without a functioning kickstand, I held off on riding it and waited for the replacement kickstand to arrive. In the meantime, I took the bike for a few short rides around the neighborhood just to check if it’s working fine and check for any issues like brake alignment, etc. Unfortunately, during those brief rides, several plastic components started to break. First the phone holder, then the finger paddle, and finally the throttle. Once the throttle broke, the bike became completely unusable. I reached out to the seller, who responded by offering to send replacement parts. However, as the photos I’ve attached clearly show, these are not simple parts that can be swapped out easily—they require professional installation. I told the company that this situation is unacceptable, but they’ve refused to offer a refund or send a replacement bike. I paid over $1,000 for a bike I haven’t been able to use properly even once. I don’t understand why I should be responsible for taking it to a repair shop to fix issues that were clearly present from the start. The product arrived defective, and I feel I’m being unfairly held responsible for their poor quality control. I’ve been going back and forth with the company for over a month now since receiving the bike, and they still haven’t provided a proper solution. They’re saying it’s not easy for them to send me a new bike due to shipping costs. Well, I don’t care what you’re gonna have to pay for shipping. I just need to have a working bike when I paid for one. If you’re considering purchasing this bike, I hope you’re fully aware of the risks you’re taking—not just with the product quality, but with the lack of support you may face if something goes wrong.

I was hesitant on the purchase of an electric bike with a no return policy & shipping from out of country. I cannot rave about the outstanding customer service provided by this seller. As far as the bike is concerned. The lights are bright, unbelievably smooth shifting. Great power. Battery life is great. Excellent tire quality. Extremely durable. Solid frame. Extremely easy assembly. 3 parts, excluding the accessories included, and according to my grandson the best bike of all his friends.

Assembly directions are awful. Be prepared to do a lot of figuring things out. Thankfully, I had the help of my awesome, mechanically inclined Dad! Once assembled, the bike is GREAT! Drawbacks: 1. Am seeking an add on rack for gear, shopping, etc. Doesn’t seem to be one associated with this particular bike. 2. Pedals like a BMX, so if you’re not comfortable with that, make certain batteries are charged. 3. Rough ride over bumps, not much give in the suspension. 4. Seems to have cruise control but can’t figure out how to use it (again, terrible directions for use). The good news: 1. Rides a bit like a dirt bike and can handle dirt, grass, and pavement. Particularly great ride on a smooth road. 2. Long, wide, comfortable seat. This is one of the things that I was looking for as I find most bicycle seats very uncomfortable. 3. Good battery life. 4. Good speed.
