But, that has all been taken care of by the customer support at SMARTTRAVEL! The bike is good on all terrains. it is very comfortable to ride. It’s super fast! The SMARTTRAVEL E-bike is a real head turner! I have, and will recommend SMARTTRAVEL E-bikes to my friends and family. The battery set up is genius. Super easy to take out of bike and bring it inside for quick charge. Or even light enough to carry in a backpack easily. The headlight tail light and blinkers are very bright and work perfectly . And even the little satchel that comes with the bike is extremely useful. And no doubt in my mind that this is one of the most solid and dependable E bikes on the market. And I’d have to say it is extremely well priced for the amount of quality and assurance you get with this purchase. It is a Great Ebike for me to use to commute to and from work. And equally perfect and fun to have a casual ride to enjoy the beautiful summer. The seat is comfortable. The throttle is very helpful and it’s sleek and easy to use design. The tires are nice and fat and have a good off-road tread to them. They have a great response and can handle any situation. I’ve recommended this bike to a few people in my area and I’ve already seen someone else riding around on one last week. I hope this review helps you make up your mind. Color: ST201 with Spare Battery
Great bike. Mine has a 1500W (max) motor, btw. I chose this because it has a basic, durable frame with a classic arrangement for repairability and replaceability. Even if the manufacturer, and all the electronics, dies in 5 years, the layout is so standard (for motorbikes) that I can easily hack in a central motor and battery pack. Plus the high ground clearance and no derailleur makes it more capable and reliable off-road. If you ride motorbikes, you’ll like how this one rides and feels, but it’ll be an adjustment before you’re naturally choosing paths and bike lanes rather than the road. It just felt weird in that way. Also, the controls are bicycle format and not moped or motorcycle format. Try not to flip over the bars by confusing the front brake for a (non-existent) clutch lever; it’s worth the effort to cross the brake lines. After that, just set it to PAS5 and leave it there. Ride is comfortable but you’ll need to adjust the rear dampers. I get the feeling whomever chose them didn’t account for there being 2, so the preload is rather heavy, and you’ll probably need to back off the springs for all but the largest riders. Rattles. While it’s nice they included real, metal fenders, they do rattle against their wire stays on hard bumps. If the pavement is good, all you’ll hear is (a lot of) tyre noise. I’m 5’6” and have a 30” inseam; I can securely toe-down both feet, if I choose to. If you’re about the same, a shorter bar neck may put you in a better position, as I’ve done. If you’re around 6’ I don’t know how comfortable you’ll be when pedaling; I’m guessing “not very.” It has a horn. Delay: if you ride motorbikes, you’ll notice a slight delay between throttle-on and the motor responding, jsyk, but the torque comes on rapidly enough.

I love my new YYG ebike. I love the way it is styled and quickly gets the attention of EVERYONE!. Grandad's, nieces and nephews alike...all will stare and keep looking as you disappear in the sunset. Yes. It's a looker. I added a windshield which helps deflect wind and bugs in teeth. Hehe. But is it capable? HECK YEAH! It can glide along stealthily and then climb a small staircase (please dont try this) like an athlete. I feel confident at higher speeds on this bike more than other ones. It doesn't shake and rattle like some do. The front and rear shocks are excellent and can be adjusted to rider's comfort. The set up was simple. Watch the video and you should not have any problem. It is worth mentioning....I am impressed with the level of service I was met with when I had questions or needed help. I always received a reply via the Amazon messaging center promptly. I feel like there was always someone ready to help....their warranty is legit. I encountered a problem with a brake sensor and my YYG rep Sam helped me diagnose problem and sent me a replacement part in just 2 days. He even made it possible so that we could speak at midnight and patiently walked me through the fix. Service second to none. I can't think of many companies with round the clock help and In so many languages. Thanks Sam and the engineers Great product. Excellent company.
