This is my first E-Bike and I did a lot of research before purchasing the right bike in the right price range. This bike seemed to me the best option. After driving around 100 miles already in the first week of having it, it is safe to say I love this thing! With the dual motors you can really feel this thing pick up speed. If you've got it on level 5 PAS (pedal assist) the front tire typically spins a bit before taking off because it's got so much power. My display came cracked when I got it and was pretty bummed, but I sent them a message about it and in literally two days they sent me a brand new replacement! They are quick and responsive. A few cons with the Pro version vs. the Pro Max version is that the battery is a bit smaller and it's hard to find that information on Amazon. Luckily they lay it out on their official website. Had I known that I would've spent a little extra for the better battery, and shock for more range because I want to ride this all day! For anyone worried about the range, if you're going full throttle the whole time with the 25ah battery, you'll get roughly 25 miles on it. I tend to fluctuate between PAS 3 and PAS 4 and have gone easily 40 miles in one run with 20% battery left. Again nothing bad about the bike, but the information they share online is a slightly misleading. They claim the top speed can hit 37 mph. I've never gotten it to get that fast on the speedometer on a full battery. Ive hit 35mph, and that's plenty fast on a bike for me, so if anyone can tell me how to get more power to hit that top speed let me know. They also say it can charge the battery fully in 4-6 hours. I'd say it's more like 6-8. Anyways, all around awesome bike, I highly recommend! ... show more

A very powerful e-bike that can climb any paved street with pedal assist at a minimum speed of 11 mph, no matter how steep. Has pedal assist start in the speeds 1 and 2, and a throttle only start in speeds 3, 4, and 5. I lowered the shock pressure to 120 psi from the OEM setting, which makes quite an improvement. Although the original 198 lbs capacity x 3 3/4" wide tires look good, I immediately changed them out to a 4 1/4" wide tire that can handle my 230 lb weight. The fenders can be adjusted to handle the wider tire, and only one additional peddling gear (2nd) now lightly rubs on that wider tire, which I don't use anyways. The headlight, tailight and turn signals are cutting edge. On steep hills, you will need to slide your weight forward on the long seat, in order to keep the front tire from spinning. No big deal. It is only 5'-4" long which allows it to be stuffed into my small SUV style subaru. Excellent factory support. Certainly, one of the best, if not the best value in a high powered e-bike, on the market at this time. ... show more

Bike came perfect and of great quality. The handlebars are smaller than pictured, but I’ll can replace for taller ones later. I’m 300lbs and glad the weight limit of 400lbs helps heavier rider to ride easily. Especially with the full suspension, I’m really putting this ebike to the test lol. Duel motors are definitely a plus for inclines and single motor alone are more than capable on the flats. All is good so far and considered a Great purchase ... show more

A beautiful bike! It's a head turner. It gets lots of compliments. The ride is awesome! I've taken it out a few times since getting it a month ago. Now the weather is all sunny Southern California ready, I've discovered this bike is as practical as it is fun! As ready for city roads as it is for the beach! I had a few questions for the sellers once I received the bike, and they got back to me right way and really helped me get things resolved! So there's awesome customer service on top of everything else! I couldn't be happier. Really really thrilled to have this bike! I feel like I should have two! LOL ... show more

Great bike, but when asked about the other settings and there meanings was just told to use as is. I bought the thing let me know what and how to operate it settings wise , would look into another place that is more open about there product.
