We have a senior cat, and she has had ear irritation (ear-itation) over the past year or so. The vet didn't really have any answers for us other than the cat is getting older and things like this tend to pop up unexpectedly, and suggested getting ear drops made for cats to help give her comfort. These are the second bottle of ear drops we have used and we are happy with them so far. The bottle and liquid itself is easy to use, no issues there. We are happy that they have no scent, and the drops don't seem to be thick or "gel" like. We have been putting a couple drops in her ears about twice a week and have not noticed any adverse effects. They seem to be working well, and at the very least they are safe for her. We are happy, and even though our cat will never enjoy getting the drops applied they seem to be doing a good job helping to keep her comfortable.

One of my dogs is constantly picked on by the others. Ear biting is the primary problem and they managed to tear up her ear a bit. Between the drops and my constant cleaning, the ear started to heal fast. The outside and inside of her ear are now perfectly clean and I am continuing to use the drops, as needed.

This is my review of the NenMaoKeNu Cat & Dog Ear Infection Treatment Drops, Dog Ear Cleaner to Soothe and Relieve Itchy Ears, with 1% Hydrocortisone for Dog Ear Infections, Prevents Inflammation, Treats Ear Infections- 2.02 Fl.Oz. I have two little Miniature Dashound/Chihuahua mix dogs, a girl and a boy, who are twins. The boy has itchy ears. The vet said he doesn't have any infection or fungus, but the girl does. He itches them for whatever reason. Because they have hydrocortisone, I decided to give them a try. They worked! He has nearly stopped digging at his ears. He did have some prescription medicine that also worked, but it was more than I could afford regularly. This medication seems to be working after two weeks. Always go to your vet first. It is reasonably priced, and I recommend it.

Drops, Ear Cleaner to Soothe and Relieve Itchness, with 1% Hydrocortisone for Dog Ear Infections, Prevents Inflammatio, Treats Ear Infections- 2.02 Fl.Oz..This works well for my mixed breed dog who has itchy ears. Doesn’t smell and although it’s not his favorite thing to do, he lets me rinse them out. Seems to be effective as my dog doesn’t itch or scratch nearly as much.

So I am lucky in that I have a well behaved (mostly) golden retriever who lets me mess with his ears. Which is great because he get ear infections pretty often and more so when allergies are high. This cleansing solution is great for him and even though it make the floof around his ears a bit goopy afterwards, it works and thats all that matters. I do pair this with a 1% hydrocortisone topical ointment and between the two, his ears stay nice and pink versus red and inflamed. The only complaint I have is that your hands and bottle do get a bit sticky after use and the solution has a slight scent similar to hydrogen peroxide.

I used this on my cat that had been shaking his head and scratching at his ear and it seemed to help. Unfortunately, by the 3rd day, the cat knew what was coming and hid so I couldn't put it in his ear again. He's still not shaking his head so it must've done something helpful. It doesn't stink or sting or stain the floor.
