Ordered for the bedroom. We get morning sun, just put them up so don't know how much sun will be filtered out as these were the unlined curtains. Hopefully it will work, they have the lined curtains in same pattern and i'll just add those as its a large 110" window.

I was hesitant to buy curtains online without seeing them in person, especially ones that costed $70 which isn’t exactly cheap. But I loved the look of these so I took a chance on them…and I am SO glad I did!! They are everything I’d hoped they’d be and more! The material is awesome and looks very high quality. I was getting them for my 16 year old son’s bedroom so I wanted a material that looked “masculine” without any shimmer or shine to it, and these are perfect in that regard! And the thickness is exactly what I was wanting too. I wasn’t looking for total “blackout” bc his window has a pull-down shade for that, but I also didn’t want too much light filtering thru them. If I had to place these on a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being very sheer and 10 being total blackout) I would say they’re a 7. I still have to get a proper pole/mount to accommodate the grommets, but for now they’re hanging fine on the existing pole. The color I got was the blue/gray, but his brown walls pull out all the tan/brown tones in the curtains so it’s a nice combo. My son absolutely loves them and thinks they make his room look more mature than the PBkids curtains these replaced. And I agree!! ... show more

I love these curtains. I bought the burgandy red, not as red as the online picture shows, but I still love them. They are a soft plaid, all the panels match design with each other, they warm up my room, the woolen fabric looks rich. They aren't very opaque, but they aren't sheer, either. I deducted 1 star because they don't match the online pic. I do recommend these curtains. ... show more

I appreciated these curtains from when I first pulled them out and felt them. They are soft, and the colors matched what I was hoping for mostly (classic red pulls a little to the pinks. But they are beautiful. The only thing is they are a bit more sheer than I had hoped.
