My last kitchen pail was a round stainless steel unit about 20 years old, and while it was a sturdy, heavy stainless steel unit, I didn't realize how loud it was when it closed. This rectangular pail holds more trash and a standard 13 gallon kitchen bag fits perfectly. I hope this will provide a long life

What a great can! Spent hours reading reviews and looking at pictures and measuring in the search of the perfect can. We previously had a Simplyhuman with a sensor that stopped working. The paint had previously chipped off of it… now this can surely doesn’t open at the wave of a hand but it remains immaculate with no hand prints and it is easy to swap out a bag without pulling the inner basket out. It was supposed to be our temporary can but it is a keeper.

I’ve had this can for about a year and it’s great. The stainless steel stays clean and you can easily remove the inside liner to clean it. My 1 suggestion would be for it to come with a strap liner to hold the bag inside. I use various types of bags and didn’t purchase the bags made for this can. Changing the bags is a chore but I like the fact that you do not see the bag at all once inside the can and the lid is closed.

Great trash can. I like the top lock feature to hold it open. The size is perfect and the can is sturdy inside and out. Very easy to clean and the inside plastic receptacle is solid and holds the trash bags in place. I have no issues of the bags tearing and very easy to remove.

This is a great kitchen garbage can... well made and just as described. The finish is superb, does not stain and cleans up easily to a shine with just a damp cloth. It holds standard kitchen garbage bags and the bags that come with it are of great quality (so might actually buy them from now on). It's conveniently emptied, and bags changed after lifting the plastic bin out. The foot pedal operates easily and reliably, and the lock feature keeps the lid open securely when you need it to. Great purchase, highly recommend!
