I've been using this for over 3 months now. I had no idea if I was getting any benefits from it, but it doesn't take long, so what the heck. Two weeks ago I fell while working on my pool, and hit my tailbone on the concrete deck. I've been in pain ever since, and unable to do my normal weight training, jogging, and anything else other than a short walk with the dogs in the morning. I've been afraid to get on my vibration plate, thinking it might exacerbate the problem. But the other day I decided to give it a try, I said it on the third program setting, got on and was amazed! I got off that thing and it was the first time my tailbone wasn't hurting! I'm now using it twice a day, everyday, and I'm off of pain pills completely. I honestly believe it helped me heal faster. The instructional manual stinks, but you can find some good exercise instruction on YouTube that you can do on this plate. I picked this one because of the 120 speeds, and the fact that it will hold heavy people. I only weigh 150 lb, but you never know who else might decide they want to get on and try it. I've had zero problems with it even though the power has gone out while it was still plugged in. So now I do unplug it between uses, just to be safe. I don't want to hurt my machine. But I definitely give this two thumbs up. And I can definitely say it works! ... show more

I’ve had this vibration platform for a few weeks now. I like the design and the look of this machine because the color blends in nicely with my decor. It seems to be well built and sturdy. I use it on my hardwood floor so the suction works great. The machine makes very little noise. I have only used it up to about 75-80 (vibration speed). Sometimes when it start making a little noise I adjust my feet on the platform and it goes away. This machine is powerful! It really gets the fat moving. I haven’t gone past 75-80 because it can be a little painful. I haven’t yet noticed any weight loss but usually when I’m done my legs and stomach has that good workout sting feeling. Now with all that being said let me mention the things I wasn’t quite happy with. The remote doesn’t work that well. You damn near have to have it right up to the platform for it to work. I would be ok not even using the remote but the other issue is that the buttons on the platform aren’t very responsive. Sometimes you have to push really hard to get it to respond and sometimes you can barely touch it and it responds. The manual isn’t very detailed. For instance it doesn’t show you how to attach the arm bands (you have to pull the metal plate that’s under the machine out to the side so the band can attach to the hole). I mean it wasn’t too hard to figure out but still. The Bluetooth seems to work fine. The tracker didn’t work. I did reach out to customer service and I did get a timely response. I was able to get the platform replaced but it was the same issues with the new one. The tracker did work on the new one I received. Another issue I had is that you can only set the time to 15 mins max. Now, there have been times after playing around with the time button I’ve been able to get it to 90 minutes. But it rarely happens. But it will go from 15 to 90, no in between. That just seems odd. I did inquire about that and was told it only does 15 mins max, so if you want to do more than 15 minute work out you have to keep resetting. So although I have all those issues I would still recommend and give it 4 out of 5 stars because the vibration is good it’s just the functionality ( button, remote etc) really sucks. ... show more

I bought this because my friend had one it I liked it. I use it about 3 times a week after I walk, and I think it has helped my leg circulation. I don't get feet cramps at night like I used to. I still haven't quite figured out all of the functions, and it didn't come with very good instructions. But the product works very well! ... show more

Years ago a doctor I worked with encouraged me to get a vibrating platform. They really help with balance as a person gets older. He had them placed in all the nursing homes he visited. I paid over $1,300 for mine and have used it over 12 years. My daughter wanted to use it to do planks with and the shake shake machine is out in the shop, so I bought her this for her birthday. This is much more portable, similar size and has more lights and programs I have not used it, but she says it works as good as mine and is rated for enough weight that her husband can use it too. ... show more

This product arrived in a beaten up box that was falling apart. I used it once, and liked it. When I went to use it again it wouldn’t start, and nothing I do can make it work. It turns on, says that it is running but does not vibrate at all. Can’t get tech support, no notes on how I can fix it in the manual ... show more

I love the way this machine works but it has an annoying feature that I don’t even use. I’ve never use the Bluetooth. I don’t want to use the Bluetooth, but an annoying, loud voice randomly announces that the Bluetooth is trying to pair. The Bluetooth is connected assss-successfully. And there’s no way to turn it off. Even though I never turned it on. Super annoying and the only way to get rid of it is to actually unplug the unit. Had I not missed the return window when I realized it was doing this I would have returned it & ordered another without Bluetooth or at least the ability to disable it. ... show more
