Love, love, love this machine! My first one would stop when stepped on, so I contacted Amazon, and they sent me another one. It didn't bother me to have one that didn't work because my grandson copies me when I am standing on mine, and he stands on that one pretending. I am 290 lbs. and I have horrible knees and I just had a meniscus tear and PT and nothing else worked. So, I was looking online and found this. It might vary for some, but this machine changed my pain instantly and actually toned my body in ways I didn't think it would. When I first started, I was 319 lbs. and I've had my machine for almost two months. I started toning first and then the weight started coming off and I didn't even get it for that reason. I'm also bipolar and this machine really relaxes my anxiety. Sometimes I get on it at night just for that before going to bed. I would recommend it to anyone, but I did unplug it once before turning it off and it would not come on the next day. All I had to do was turn the switch off and unplug it then plug it up again and it worked. Hope that helped anyone who might have had the same issue. Also, do drink plenty of water because it does get all of the toxins and salt from your system. BTW it also has great presets, but the manual mode is just as good and if you sit and just put your legs on it you still get great results! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So before I bought this vibration board, I researched different reviews online to know what to look out for. Remembering the vibro plate I used at the gym, one of the major requirements for me was that it would be quite and not rock the whole house. This vibro plate def is quiet and there is no need for a special mat to put under. The other major requirement I had was that I need to be able to adjust speed and turn it off and on via remote control, as I use it with my stand-up desk during work. So if required, I need to be able to shut if off quickly. We have a checkmark with this plate as well. There are 9 different settings, and they vary in time (from 1 min to 15 min) and in speed (2-99). You can select them all via remote or directly on the board. The plate come with resistance bands (not shown in the guide) for some extra training with the arms. There is a non-slip rubber on top, to ensure that you won’t slip off during the vibrations. The instructions include a 21-day slimming plan suggestion what to eat for each week and meal. It is not set in stone (like fixed meal plans), but very flexible and interchangeable. The instructions also include an exercise guide showing different options to use the plate. This includes uses for relaxation and massages. The final major requirement, and the reason we went for this model, is the price. Considering all that is offered, this vibration plate seemed like the best voice considering the price-value-relations. I’m definitely very happy with my choice and would recommend this plate. I ordered my vibration plate a few months ago and really loved it when it first arrived. As other reviewers have mentioned, mine didn't come with a remote or the manual. but I emailed customer service and they sent it out immediately. The remote worked right away and I was using my plate almost every night. After a few weeks the plate did malfunction. I'm not sure what happened but it would turn on but it wouldn't vibrate. Not only did Eilison send me a new unit, they actually sent me a free gift for the trouble (which wasn't necessary but incredibly thoughtful, it was one of their back massagers). Despite the initial issues with my vibration plate, I still love it and use it often. I will definitely be purchasing more Eilison products in the future. ... show more

I've seen this product plenty of times at different trade shows and stores. I remember stepping on one and everything in my body was shaking. ( in a good way). At first the price was way too high for me to afford one. So I didn't attempt. I later on was surfing the internet and found one for an affordable price. Which was this one that I just purchased. My first morning I used it for 10mins and I felt like I was at the gym for 30 mins doing cardio. It's been over a few days now, and I use it 10 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes before bed. I feel so great in the morning and before it helps put me to sleep. Ease of installation - 10/10 Pull it out the box, find the adapter and plug in. Turn the switch on and press the power button. Setup - You can set a speed to your liking. It goes up to 30 I think. I rocks you back and forth but your not going to fall. If your scared, you can place it against the wall and you face the wall as you use the wall as something to keep balance. After a few days on it you'll notice that you're balancing on your own. My personal trainer recommended I get one since my ankle hasn't healed well since a very bad sprain 3 years ago. I said that I would go through these periods of working out 3-5 days a week, and then have to take long breaks inbetween as my ankle would be really sore and painful. He had gone through some issues with his ankles and knees due to sports injuries and he said a vibrating plate really helped him! So I decided to make the plunge and get this one. I have to say, it does take a while to get used to for sure. The first 10 times I'd say I thought it was weird and I wasn't sure if it was doing anything at all, but after a while I'd start using the programs that would virbrate at higher speeds and when I'd get off, my joints would be tingly (which is apparently what you want per my trainer). I also think it helps my recovery after workouts. I use it after a peloton bike ride, gym workouts, barre classes, everything. It's a great recovery tool. ... show more
