I must say I was super skeptical and nervous buying this setup online, but I am extremely satisfied! The bed is awesome! The massage settings feel nice. There are multiple massage options. The mattress is on a softer side but very comfy. I usually prefer a little firmer, but it was a really good night sleep. Overall: We are very satisfied at an un unbeatable price! π P.S. the remote has a string that goes around your wrist. There is a light under the bed. Very happy π

Great adjustable base, but very heavy. Was too difficult to maneuver by myself. Matress is wonderful! Soft to medium firmness. Very quite when adjusting but a bit loud when it's on full massage. Definitely needs deep pocket fitted sheets with a strap to keep them from popping off. Overall, wonderful purchase!

This mattress is too soft for me. Did not get it set up for 2 weeks because my wife wanted to redecorate the bedroom first. So been on it for only 2 weeks and this is day 29 since I got it. Amazon won't even honor their 30 day warranty. My wife is fine, but I need a firmer mattress. Woman checked and Amazon is out of the Firmer ones. I called Amazon today because Egohome does not honor the 100 day try out with Amazon. If you buy from Amazon you have no try out period. If you open it and you don't like it you are stuck with it! It said its Medium Firm, but you can not sleep on your stomach with this mattress. It bends your back into a scorpion. Painful for those who need support. Now I have to spend another another $400 plus in Twin XL mattress I can use. Don't buy from Amazon if you want any customer support on this item. Even when the 2 parts of the bed came on separate days, EGO said I needed to contact Amazon about the order. YOU HAVE NO SUPPORT FOR THIS. Don't even know if the 10 year warranty applies.
