Writing Update in January 2022 to my last review: Second trampoline I was sent (after issues with the first trampoline) is holding up well. Have not had any rings break, and still works as well as when I received the second one in December 2020. I have not been using it as heavily as I was in 2020 - now using about 2 to 3 times a week at 30 minute sessions each. Would still recommend this product to others who are looking for an exercise trampoline (or a fun way to exercise). March 2021 Review So this trampoline has a lot of pros but also has its flaws, and want to share my experience after having this for almost a year. I have used this heavily during COVID, and my god it's a lifesaver. Great way to get cardio in when you're stuck inside, and it's actually fun. I blast music and jump and dance around. After about 6 months of heavy use (using approximately 4 times a week, at 30-45 minutes each time), I was disappointed that one of the rings holding the springs on the bottom of the trampoline pad just snapped right off. I hope that the seller manufactures these with heavier rings in the future because it seems like an easy fix to a potential weakness in the design. However, the seller was absolutely superb in fixing my problem and sending me a new trampoline. They were very prompt with responses, and sent me a new trampoline very quickly (and this was during the holidays of 2020 when mail/shipping was very backed up). I was very satisfied with their promptness and quick help. The second trampoline has been performing well so far. I also noticed that the rings on the new trampoline are all sitting in a certain direction. There were about three rings on the first trampoline (the one that broke) that laid in a different direction from the others. I wonder if that is what caused them to break -- there was too much pressure against one of the weaker sides of the ring? I will update this review as I go along, but I hope that the second trampoline will last longer than the first. For the price, I'd say this is a good quality trampoline in general. It is sturdy, and I love that it folds. I will have to travel internationally for work later this year, and I will be able to take this in my suitcase to be able to do exercise while I have to be in quarantine for two weeks in a little hotel room. Even when unfolded, I leave it in a corner and it doesn't take up too much space. I set this up with the rail at first. I took off a star for "Easy to Assemble" because even though the rest of the trampoline is very easy to assemble, I really struggled with putting on the rail. It just didn't seem to align right so it was difficult to fit on. I finally managed to put it on, but it was tough. Summary: Pros - GREAT customer service, good quality trampoline for the price. If you don't use it heavily, I suspect it will last quite a long time. Cons - May not be sturdy enough for frequent users, as mine did break after 6 months. I have been sent a new one that so far is doing well, so time will tell. Rail is difficult to attach. ... show more

I highly advise to check and tighten the legs before each use. I noticed early on that they do become loose. This sounds like a pain but it's really not. I store the thing on its side so I just twist the legs tight before I set it down to use, not a big deal. ...with that out of the way, I'm loving this rebounder. I was a distance runner, still run on the treadmill a few days a week, though I haven't touched the treadmill since I got the rebounder. I read that the rebounder can burn something crazy like 68% more calories than running. I didn't believe this, as it just doesn't feel like I'm working out or struggling like I do w interval training, etc. It feels fun, enjoyable. I bring this up because in just a few days my abs started carving out, I gained greater leg and arm definition. My behind is sitting higher. Like I've never had results like this from any other exercise in such a short time, including things like weighted and resistance band squats. We'll see how this one holds up. It was recommended as a lower cost beginner unit so as not to blow a big wad on something you've never tried and may not like. So far it's holding up fantastically and I look forward to using it. I use it at varying convenient intervals at home, like just this morning, I made a coffee cake for a thing, then rebounded in the kitchen while watching an episode of Florida Man for the 30 minutes the cake was in the oven.
