I am very happy with my BSCAN fitness rebounder! I read reviews on a lot of rebounders before deciding on this one. I didn't want to pay a lot since I was new to rebounders, but I wanted a sturdy one that I would feel safe on. I am a 65-year-old grandmother and am in good health and pretty good shape but I'm not a young gymnast! A lot of the reviews I read said the rebounders were bought for children, so that concerned me. Also at least half the reviewers of different rebounders said they were very difficult to open and assemble. Most people said you needed two people to put it together. The BSCAN had more positive comments about opening and assembling, but this one even had some comments about difficulty. There were also complaints about some rebounders making too much noise as they squeaked badly. Another consideration was the handrail. Even on this one, there were complaints about the handrail being flimsy and not sturdy. So, after comparing several mid-priced rebounders, I narrowed it down to this one. I was very pleasantly surprised when I decided to try to put it together by myself. It was extremely easy to open and to assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes to put it completely together by myself, including the handrail. I have yet to hear a squeak from this rebounder. It is absolutely silent. It has perfect tension and bounce, not loose at all, but not too rigid, either. The handrail is made well and feels study enough, but, when assembled, it isn't as tight and locked in place as it should be, but that may be because I don't have it screwed in tight enough. I want my husband to look at it to see if it can be tightened more. Even saying that, though, it is sturdy enough for me to use it and is not a big issue for me. I may even eventually take it off. Hopefully, my balance will improve with use so that I won't need it. So, I am very pleased with this purchase. I have recommended it to 2 people already, and I've had it less than a week. This rebounder passed the test on all on my major concerns with flying colors. You can't go wrong with this one! Update: I've now had this rebounder for 19 months and have used it a good bit. I still have no complaints at all about it. I no longer use the handrail, so I have taken it off. I have had some pretty serious issues with weakness in my ankles and using this rebounder has strengthened my ankles which in turn has improved my balance. It does creak a little now, but it doesn't bother me. I was recently rear-ended while sitting still in a drive-through and had to see my chiropractor 3 times a week for about 4 months. Even though I had to cut way back on time on the rebounder, the chiropractor told me not to stop it completely because it is so good for me. Just thought I'd share this good word for rebounders for those who are wondering if it's really that good for you.

Writing Update in January 2022 to my last review: Second trampoline I was sent (after issues with the first trampoline) is holding up well. Have not had any rings break, and still works as well as when I received the second one in December 2020. I have not been using it as heavily as I was in 2020 - now using about 2 to 3 times a week at 30 minute sessions each. Would still recommend this product to others who are looking for an exercise trampoline (or a fun way to exercise). March 2021 Review So this trampoline has a lot of pros but also has its flaws, and want to share my experience after having this for almost a year. I have used this heavily during COVID, and my god it's a lifesaver. Great way to get cardio in when you're stuck inside, and it's actually fun. I blast music and jump and dance around. After about 6 months of heavy use (using approximately 4 times a week, at 30-45 minutes each time), I was disappointed that one of the rings holding the springs on the bottom of the trampoline pad just snapped right off. I hope that the seller manufactures these with heavier rings in the future because it seems like an easy fix to a potential weakness in the design. However, the seller was absolutely superb in fixing my problem and sending me a new trampoline. They were very prompt with responses, and sent me a new trampoline very quickly (and this was during the holidays of 2020 when mail/shipping was very backed up). I was very satisfied with their promptness and quick help. The second trampoline has been performing well so far. I also noticed that the rings on the new trampoline are all sitting in a certain direction. There were about three rings on the first trampoline (the one that broke) that laid in a different direction from the others. I wonder if that is what caused them to break -- there was too much pressure against one of the weaker sides of the ring? I will update this review as I go along, but I hope that the second trampoline will last longer than the first. For the price, I'd say this is a good quality trampoline in general. It is sturdy, and I love that it folds. I will have to travel internationally for work later this year, and I will be able to take this in my suitcase to be able to do exercise while I have to be in quarantine for two weeks in a little hotel room. Even when unfolded, I leave it in a corner and it doesn't take up too much space. I set this up with the rail at first. I took off a star for "Easy to Assemble" because even though the rest of the trampoline is very easy to assemble, I really struggled with putting on the rail. It just didn't seem to align right so it was difficult to fit on. I finally managed to put it on, but it was tough. Summary: Pros - GREAT customer service, good quality trampoline for the price. If you don't use it heavily, I suspect it will last quite a long time. Cons - May not be sturdy enough for frequent users, as mine did break after 6 months. I have been sent a new one that so far is doing well, so time will tell. Rail is difficult to attach.

I was hesitant on the durability but it turned out to be great. The instructions were very clear and it's easy to build. It took no longer than 20 minutes to set the whole thing up. The first thing I noticed was there are a lot of legs, each with a rubber grip at the bottom. This made it really stable. I have carpet, so sliding and grip wasn't a problem. When I actually tried it, I was surprised by how reliable it felt. I'm tall and on the heavier side, but it didn't feel like I was going to fall through. Also there is a lot of potential to bounce very high. It depends on how you hold your weight on it. Sometimes you can bounce gently if you feel like a lower impact workout, even without your feet leaving the surface of the trampoline, like bouncing in place. Or you can bounce really high and come completely off of it. It's very versatile. I got the 48" because I was paranoid about it being too narrow and falling off but the 40" would have been just fine. I underestimated how stable this thing is lol. The handlebar is also conveniently placed so you don't have to worry about falling off or losing balance. *Make sure you measure your space beforehand!!!! And choose the right size for you! The window to leave seller feedback closed for me so I will leave it here. The following does not apply to Amazon, but to the BCAN after sales service (seller) I was hesitant to reach out because the window to do so closed. The product itself was very good but due to my own error, I had to contact them regarding the product. Despite it being my fault, they were still very agreeable and kind. Especially Sucy from the after sales service team, who was extremely kind and accommodating to me. It's clear they really care about customer satisfaction and happiness because Sucy went above and beyond to explain everything to me and to get my entire problem solved in less than 12 hours. If you have anxiety, you know how valuable this is. I almost didn't contact because I was anxious and thought "what's the point?" but I'm so glad I did because the care I was treated with made my entire weekend :') It's really rare to receive a response like that these days so I was touched ngl lol With customer service like that, I can definitely recommend buying this because you have nothing to lose. Assembly is easy, customer service prioritizes you, and the product is great. The product ships quickly after you purchase it and the box is heavy (mine was about 38 lbs,) so be prepared for that. Once it's assembled though, it's really easy to move around. So yes, definitely get this- but just measure your space first LOL.

I highly advise to check and tighten the legs before each use. I noticed early on that they do become loose. This sounds like a pain but it's really not. I store the thing on its side so I just twist the legs tight before I set it down to use, not a big deal. ...with that out of the way, I'm loving this rebounder. I was a distance runner, still run on the treadmill a few days a week, though I haven't touched the treadmill since I got the rebounder. I read that the rebounder can burn something crazy like 68% more calories than running. I didn't believe this, as it just doesn't feel like I'm working out or struggling like I do w interval training, etc. It feels fun, enjoyable. I bring this up because in just a few days my abs started carving out, I gained greater leg and arm definition. My behind is sitting higher. Like I've never had results like this from any other exercise in such a short time, including things like weighted and resistance band squats. We'll see how this one holds up. It was recommended as a lower cost beginner unit so as not to blow a big wad on something you've never tried and may not like. So far it's holding up fantastically and I look forward to using it. I use it at varying convenient intervals at home, like just this morning, I made a coffee cake for a thing, then rebounded in the kitchen while watching an episode of Florida Man for the 30 minutes the cake was in the oven. It's a multitasker's dream, as far as exercise is concerned. It came folded in the box, just had to twist the legs on (and the handle bar if you want to use it), super easy.

I wanted a trampoline for indoor use to get the lymphatic system flowing per doctor suggestion. I wanted something affordable, that doesn't take up much space, not too noisy, and long lasting. After doing much research and what I wanted to spend, I decided to try the BCAN, which I thought was a good entry level price. I was easy to put together and easy to put away, but I normally just keep it up. I have one upstairs and one downstairs. I even use it while others watch TV because it is relatively quiet, per my video! Now my older one which I have had almost 3 years started to squeak, but I just a little silicon spray and that takes care of that! My newer one has not begun to squeak at all! The bounce is very good! I really could not ask for anything more per the affordability of the trampoline! There are models that some say feel better, but those are literally hundreds more, and to be frank I don't really desire that. I have been on this BCAN for over 45 minutes at some times and I get tired before my feet do! It suits the house just fine, and my kids love it too. They will walk by it, hop on and jump like crazy, then go do something else. And they get better and better at it! The supporting handle is perfect too. It does not get in the way, is very sturdy, and provides good support when needed! I'm 5' 10'' and the 40/48'' is a perfect size for me. I think even larger people would find it fine.

I lost 8.5 lbs without even trying in less than 3 weeks! I had a knee injury about three years ago and have hated walking ever since. I’ve done electro-acupuncture and Pilates to strengthen my knees and ankles, and I even did a year of physical therapy—but I genuinely feel like this rebounder has done more for my strength, stability, and confidence in just a few weeks of daily use. I started with only 10 minutes a day because that was all I could do. Now I’m up to 20 minutes, 2–3 times a day, simply because I LOVE it! I put on the TV and bounce, and the time flies. Some people prefer bungee-cord rebounders, but I LOVE this one. I feel very supported and stable on it. I’m a big girl, and my feet don’t even leave the mat yet—and that’s perfectly fine! I started with a gentle “health bounce” and gradually added different movements as I became stronger and more comfortable. The biggest thing I’ve learned is: consistency matters more than high intensity. In less than three weeks, my knees and ankles feel stronger than they have in years, my balance has improved, I have more energy, and I’m sleeping better. Rebounding also gets your whole body moving and stimulates the lymphatic system through muscle movement. I watch lots of YouTube rebounding videos for ideas and have discovered there are so many different movements and full-body exercises you can do. I enjoy it so much that I actually canceled my gym membership! I honestly wish I had discovered rebounding sooner. If you’re just starting, don’t worry about jumping high or even getting your feet off the mat. Start gently, do what your body can handle, and just keep showing up. ❤️

Just arrived this Afternoon and I spent nearly 2 hours assembling, primarily because I was trying to figure out a better way to help stabilize the handle bar and also figure out why the bar that inserts into the Rebounder legs did not screw through to stabilize and simple tighten against the plastic insert sleeve that can come loose during use. Note: There IS a little ingenious washer inside the rubber leg caps that keep the leg itself from cutting through the rubber cap after so many uses and body weight pushing down on the metal leg caps and cutting through. This Extremely Clever idea of a washer inset at the bottom does a very nice job of alleviating this. This is the fourth Rebounder that I have purchased and each one has lasted me 5 - 7 years so I have a lot of experience with Rebounders dating back to 1994 when Al Carter, the Godfather of Rebounding came to our Church and showed us his fitness program, a folding travel rebounder that he would take around the world to train professional groups like the Hong Kong Police, Coast Guard and the like. I know the Tremendous Benefits of Rebounding and it is one of those products that is undervalued, under marketed and can benefit everyone from children to elderly seniors who need to have mobility and stability while exercising and I had hoped that at this great price point I could recommend this to AfterSchool programs, Senior Centers and Rehabilitation Facilities as I truly understand the great health benefits. First to the Rebounder itself - Love the quality and durable materials used and its easy unfolding and bending into shape for use. Not so great is the screw in legs and threads that have been the curse of most Rebounders as this same design used on almost every Rebounder and typically on every one that I have had the threads on one or two of the legs wind up simply never tighten again and just spin in place and taking them off requires placing strong tension by pulling the leg firmly while holding the Rebounder in place and trying to unscrew simultaneously which never becomes easy and therefore a nuisance. The better option is to have non-detached, foldable legs that can be pulled on and slide and lock into place with an inside spring and pin that enables an easy pull and fold for storage or travel. The handle bar is a wonderful idea but has a few flaws that can be dangerous: The bottom of the bar is nicely designed to be stable on the floor and doubles up and is designed to have you insert a leg into each end of the handrail bars that connect to the handle bar itself and used to wisely connect and stabilize the handrails' connection to the Rebounder - Great Idea. However, what is lost here are two things - The First is that requires 14 adjustment knobs (admittedly nice design to be able to hand tighten or loosen which is excellent) but is a LOT of knob screws that need attention and as the old adage goes "A Lot of moving parts creates havoc." The need checking before each and every use so this does not take long but takes away from the psychological aspect of people losing incentive to exercise because they have to pull maintenance before each use. Not a long time but a slight inconvenience that can be avoided. There could be to units with One that is truly portable for travel like I was expecting and this unit with some improvements as well. The most important issue here to me is the unstable design of the handrails that are connected to the handle bar which, even with the hand-screws completely tight and with washers in place, still wiggle as they have not taken in to account the length of the of the inside of each handrail that NEED to have a Much Longer Socket Caps as the 1 1/2" ones are fine for the legs - but not for the handrail because once the length of the handrail goes below Socket Cap there is a LOT of wiggle room for the rails to loosely move and this is why the design is flawed and disconcerting when in use because you wonder if the rail or bar will fall out. Everything should be tight from the beginning and even the legs could have a simple slide pin that locks it in place during use and easy to pull off when not in use, for travel or storage. Debated whether I should modify this and improve it myself but with the screw in legs, over a Dozen adjustment knobs and a one year factory warranty to worry about voiding I'll just return and keep looking. Bottom line is that this design has REAL promise and with a tweak of a few things mentioned, adding a carry back with a pouch for the handrail and bar would be the "Perfect" product for home and travel. Let's hope that this happens sooner than later as it's price point is perfect for the many young families and their kids as well as the senior citizens, of whom MANY have budgets that need to be adhered to. BCAN shows that potential so let's see what happens with this review. They may ignore me completely or take up my critique and want to TRULY create an outstanding product that could literally transform the health of millions or simply be happy with a few dozen sales a month. Would love to have the Rebounder without the handrail and handlebar for I DO need one for stability in the near future.
