This incubator is the 4th or 5th in my collection and the first that I think really hit it out if the park. It is large enough to hatch all the eggs that I would likely need at any given time without being too large. It includes all of the automation to make it virtually hands off. The humidity controller works great. The temperature controller works great. It was easy to set up. Really, it could have been set up by simply plugging in the power, connecting the water, and starting the incubator, but that fact is not apparent from the direction manual. Maybe they should include a quick start guide as that would be a lot easier than all of the information in the detailed manual. I like the details, but not necessarily right out of the box. The incubator is quiet, though in a very quiet room there is a low level mosquito type buzzing sound. It is background noise unless you start focusing on it and then it can be a bit annoying. However most people probably wouldn’t put their incubator in the living room. When the eggs are being turned the volume of the buzzing noise gets a bit louder and for the first couple days we did find ourselves trying to find the source to that buzzing. Now we recognize it and it is really nothing. Kind of reassuring to hear because we least I know the eggs are being turned regularly. I loaded the incubator with 30 fresh chicken eggs about a week ago. I will try to add to or edit this post once the eggs have hatched to share my results. So far I am thrilled.

This incubator has been in operation for over two weeks. I love the water bottle holder feature, Has maintained an even 60% humidity level and sips water. I have not had to refill the water bottle even once. The lid is my only gripe. It is pretty flimsy which makes me thing that if something is going to snap or break, the lid would be first and foremost. Because it is so flimsy it can be difficult to seat and seal it back on the machine if you need to remove an egg, for instance. Cleaning the unit is simple. I will update this review once I determine the hatch rate for the eggs. So far....4 stars

It's an incubator, my 5th one, I usually hatch chickens, quails, ducks and geese. Unfortunately this won't fit goose eggs unless someone makes a turner with larger spaces :) which I have for my NR360 incubators. But this works great for chicken and quail eggs. I haven't tried duck eggs as I have too many ducks already :) but the spaces in the turner are most likely a bit small for my larger duck eggs. I verified that the temperature and humidity displayed is correct - compared to 2 digital thermometers, and temperature and humidity do match, that gave me some peace of mind. I got a decent hatch rate. It was not difficult to figure out the controls as all incubators are quite similar, but they did a decent job with the instruction booklet that came with it. A nice incubator, it's well priced (my NR360 incubators each cost twice as much) and due to the "automatic" humidity control actually easier to use. The inbuilt candler is reasonable, I'm not an avid candler and only candle twice during the incubation period. I prefer a separate candler as the light is stronger, but the inbuilt one is fine. I would definitely recommend this for anyone that needs to hatch chicken and quails!

I'm so excited for this incubator. I have it set up with quail eggs right now. I was able to fit 3 eggs in some of the slots but they didn't all turn the same so I put 1-2 eggs per slot. I have the water set up in a Mason jar with a straw lid and have the fill tube into the jar through the straw hole. This was necessary to keep my cats from drinking it and dumping it 🤦♀️ I would recommend the same set up even without cats as it just holds it nice and steady. I add water to the jar every 1-2 days. This option is huge for me as I am not very good with maintaining the proper humidity in other incubators. That alone makes it worth the almost $90 price point. The turning isn't constant. It will periodically turn a substantial distance. I don't like to read the entire booklet, but you can adjust several settings. I just left it at it's preprogrammed settings as recommended in the booklet. The only other thing I referred to the booklet for was to make sure I hooked the tubes up properly. Everything else is plug and play. The alarm will scream until it comes up to temp, but fortunately that didn't take too long. If you are forgetful or busy like me, I highly recommend this incubator.

The incubator is loaded up with 30 eggs. It is maintaining the temperature and the humidity with ease. The other incubators are mostly styrofoam boxes with the rotator inside and you have to lift the lid to see the eggs and pour the water into those boxes. I like the fact you can see the eggs through the lid and all you have to do is fill the cup up with water as needed. Have not candled yet but the light works when I tested it so it should be fine. You can hear it rotating the eggs, that's a given, but it is not super loud. I get a kick out of watching the eggs turn and hope to watch the eggs hatching.

The media could not be loaded. Chalixion is a dependable brand. I have several of their items, and all of them are of good quality and work well. One thing that would make this item better is the pricing; it's a bit higher than similar models. The interface is easy to use and read. The candling light shines brightly, and the external water pump is wonderful. The pump allows you to add or remove water for humidity control. The hatch rate is reasonable, and there is a decent amount of room inside for the hatch-out. Great product worth using.
