My first try ever incubating eggs and I got this just to try my hand at it to see if I could actually hatch an egg. I grabbed some random eggs from the nesting boxes and popped them in. Once it was plugged in I topped off the water a few times and was surprised to have every egg hatch and three days before the 21 day mark. For the price this is an excellent value, it holds a dozen eggs in a fairly small foot print. The machine only displays temperature - no day or countdown or even humidity but even without all of that all of my chicks are here and healthy. The plastic is light weight but strong. It was ready to go out of the box after I plugged it in I added eggs and went about my day. I liked that came with insulating foam as for me it is winter and this was used not to far from a window. I both liked and was frustrated by the water being connected by a tube it wasn’t as compact as many- but it was easier to add water with less spilling. So there were some trade offs there. My kids were more interested in the process since this is “so cute”

This lightweight but sturdy incubator takes all the guesswork out of ensuring your eggs are able to hatch! The attached water bottle allows you to see when the level gets too low - then you simply add more and it will automatically add as needed, so you don't need to disrupt the eggs' environment. The technology also has the eggs turn automatically, so that you no longer need to worry about when to rotate them. The clear plastic cover gives easy visibility from every angle. And if you still have questions or concerns, the incubator comes with a handy little instruction booklet, complete with tips and suggestions. This is definitely the way to go, if you have a small number of eggs.

I've tried many incubators in the past. I really really like this one! The tubes for water is a HUGE help instead of opening the lid and disrupting the humidity and temperature. I also love the clear lid so I can see what's going on. It's not made for big hatches as it only holds 12 eggs, but it works so well I will get multiple ones to run for my big hatches. The only downside to this model is you can't see the humidity %.

Waited until I had enough eggs to start incubating. The chickens have refused to pay rent and after reminding them of the rental agreement, they are slowly making payments. I have 7 eggs in the incubator and just started it today. Will try to update in 21 days with the outcome. It was easy to set up and hopefully it works well.

This little incubator is not super fancy, but it gets the job done. It's small enough for a bedside table or a classroom desk and offers a very nice full view of the hatching process. I love that it's mostly hands-off throughout the entire incubation period. I got this for a classroom and know the kids will love it this spring!

The media could not be loaded. This incubator is simple to use, everything is straightforward. It's good for beginners as long as they understand how to monitor the humidity since this model doesn't. Everything is built well and works well. The auto turn great that's the eggs evenly.
