Unfortunately I am going to return this product even though it has everything I was looking for. The oven has worked great with all the features I've tried so far but something as basic and important as keeping the controls cool to the touch has been overlooked. I have cooked multiple rounds of toast and the start button was too hot to touch to turn the unit off. Dangerous and unacceptable.

Great for replacing all other small appliances and just having one appliance. (Got rid of toaster oven, air fryer and toaster) Agree with other commenters it is a little loud and the front control panel gets hot. So if you need to stop cooking before time is up, use caution turning it off. Little bit of a learning curve but getting used to it. LOVE the pull out crumb tray. So much easier to clean.

I've used the unit now 20 or so times. It cooks the food well and has many features. The reason I cannot give it a GOOD score - it gets EXTREMELY hot on the outside of the unit and you can easily BURN yourself. Had I known this, I would have never bought it. Too late to return - but again, it cooks the food very nicely - but keep kids away from it or your going to have a lot of problems. I always try to remember to be careful - but have burnt myself numerous times two of which caused blistering to occur. TOO HOT ON OUTSIDE. Even when just turning on the internal light, you must hold a push button in for 2 seconds... this alone can burn you. CRAZY

I was debating to buy an air fryer because I normally don’t need anything Fry but I wanted other features so this is perfect for me. It does a lot I live in a mobile home and it gets really hot when I turn the oven on so this is perfect to cook in when I need baking air frying Broiling etc. I think it has like 13 features anyway love the air fryer so far

I have used this a lot. The picture is of some air fried Brussel sprouts. I have reheated, air fried, baked, broiled, toasted, and rotisserie a pork roast and some chicken. Everything was really good. Just need to watch how long you cook or move some things higher, I burned the bottom on a couple things.
