Before I purchased this robot I read and watched many review both online and on YouTube reviews on different robots vacuums. I’ve had this device for about a month now. My house is 3,200 sq. ft., and the downstairs is all tile. I divided my home into sections within the app. I chose this robot because I don’t have any carpet and I have dogs—both short-haired and long-haired. Before setting up the device, I did a thorough deep cleaning of my floors using a vacuum and mop. I programmed the robot to vacuum first, then mop. This helps reduce the amount of hair that gets stuck on the mop roller. The purpose of this device is maintenance cleaning while I sleep—and it does that perfectly. My floors have never been this clean. I also perform daily maintenance on the robot itself. I empty the dirty bin and vacuum canister every day and make sure the clean water tank is always filled. The app includes helpful maintenance reminders, such as cleaning the internal dirty bin and checking the rollers and brushes. Every two days, I flip the robot upside down to inspect and clean the rollers and brushes to keep it in pristine condition. Programming is very easy. During the initial setup, the robot scans your entire home, so make sure there are no obstacles that could interfere with mapping. Move dining chairs and anything that could get tangled in the rollers. It connected to my Wi-Fi easily, and I can control everything from my iPhone. The sensors are top-notch. Even if the environment changes slightly, it avoids obstacles without issues. I also regularly wipe down the sensors to keep them functioning properly. For daily cleaning, I use the deep clean setting. There’s also an option to quickly clean a specific area by selecting it in the app. The robot has no problem returning to the docking station to recharge, wash the mop, and dry it. We’ve even stopped wearing shoes indoors. After a few days of use, I’ve noticed the dirty bin is much cleaner overall, even after emptying it each cycle. I’m extremely impressed with this device—it’s truly life-changing. For $1,000, it’s worth every penny. I just hope it remains durable long-term. I make sure to keep it well-maintained and clean to extend its lifespan. I also clean the docking station regularly to prevent any future issues.

Since beginning of this year, I have multiple friends or co-workers purchased vacuum and mop robots. They were so impressive and recommended to me. I got interested and started to look around. The price range is very big, from a few hundreds to thousands. My co-worker bought both high-price and low-price ones, told me that the low-price one giving so much error and doesn’t do the work as well as the high-price one. So I finally decided to buy this ECOVACS DEEBOT X11 which is a most recent model from a well-known trusted company. And I have to say OMG, it totally worth it! At first, I was nervous about all the “smart” setup. But it is super simple and easy, I set it up in 10 mins! Then it only took a few minutes to do the mapping. It was so quick and smooth that I can’t believe it can be done like that! In addition to that, it can even do multi floor maps! I used to have three vacuum-only-robots for each floor, but now, one DEEBOT is enough! It actually saves me money which makes me happy! With such strong suction power, it is pretty quiet when doing the cleaning, even using the regular mode (not quiet mode). The mopping is great and doing good with self-cleaning. My house is sparkling clean every day now. This robot is so smart and low maintenance that makes me feel like have an in-house cleaning fairy. It is definitely a life changing purchase!

I absolutely love this ECOVACS DEEBOT X11 OmniCyclone! It vacuums and mops better than I ever could manually, and the integration with HomeKit is a game-changer. All I do is hit the play button in the app (or via Siri), and it takes care of everything on its own. The floors come out spotless every time. Maintenance is super easy: just keep the clean water tank full and empty the dirty one when needed. I add a small squirt of Dawn dish soap to the dirty water tank (a tip I picked up online), and it prevents any odors perfectly—no funky smells at all. I live in a three-story home and have one of these on each floor (two X11s and one older X9). The app is excellent, especially the intelligent host mode (I use it almost exclusively—it does a fantastic job adapting to the space). Setup was straightforward, and the mapping works great. Customer service from Ecovacs has been outstanding. When my X9’s spinning brush stopped working, they troubleshot it quickly over the phone and sent a replacement unit under warranty—no hassle at all. That kind of support gives me real confidence in the brand. So far, the two X11s have been flawless with zero issues. This is hands-down one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. If you’re looking for a reliable, low-effort robot that truly handles vacuuming and mopping well, especially in a multi-level home, I highly recommend it!
