I could not be happier with this stock pot. I needed just the right size and weight for deep frying and it met every requirement. It is sturdy and heats up evenly. I was a little apprehensive that the handles might get too hot, but that was not the case. They stayed perfectly cool and easy to move the pot back and forth off the heat to maintain the right temperature. As for the issue with removing the sticker? A hair dryer and a tiny dot of WD-40 does the trick. Easy Peasy. Oh... and though it wasn't a priority, it's beautiful.

Great size, easy to clean, well made, thick bottom and holds heat well. Nice lid. I worked in restaurants for many years, so I’m picky about pans, and I highly recommend this one.

Alright, so if you’re reading this review I think it may help you make a decision. I read the reviews and I really needed a bigger pot for Thanksgiving coming up. So I was hesitant because I saw so many reviews about the sticker being basically plastered to the pot. I went ahead and ordered because I was willing to take my chances but when I received this pot not only is it huge, it’s beautiful and the sticker came right off. I haven’t used it yet but so far so good. 5 stars for the company listening to the reviews and fixing that issue. I’ll update once I use the pot. Update (July 20, 2025): I LOVE THIS POT!!! So worth it, soooo worth it. No rusting, no issues, cleans easily. Ya’ll, it’s still like new.

I bought this pot to use for cooking and hot water bath for canning. I need a cooking pot, and I love cranberries, so I looked for a pot that would cook and function as a hot water bath for canning. I checked the stated dimensions - stated 13"D x 16"W x 9"H, wrong. I measured it and it just under 11 inches diameter at the top and 10.5 inches at the bottom. Height is under 7.5 inches with the lid. I should have spent more for a pot that had the canning rack included. Is it enough for me to return it - no, the price and quality it's still a keeper. As for the label - the company listened, and they cut down on the rubber adhesive or I was lucky. I also used a bit of orange oil to loosen it up and remove the adhesive completely. As for functionality - the pot has a 1/2 inch added base to the pot - I am guessing aluminum which does make heating spread out across the pot. Boiling water was easy. The glass lid is nice as you don't have to open to see inside and there is a steam hole - it also has a nice metal knob for the lid, note: it will get hot. The handles are not insulated, but I don't move it without a heavy towel or mitts when hot. Amazon shipped it in a big box and lots of paper - no damage to the pot. Other than the dimensions I am pleased with this product - I am subtracting one star for that. If you are planning to use it for hot water bath for canning, I would look for 9 inches for the jar rack.

This was a replacement for an aluminum ceramic interior Dutch oven I really liked. The non-stick surface pitted and I decided to replace it with stainless steel this time. It's difficult to find a well made stainless Dutch oven for a reasonable price. This Ecolution was about the cheapest I could find. It did have some things going for it. I actually like a glass lid for a quick peek of what's going on in there. It also had the aluminum encapsulated bottom to spread heat evenly. That said, don't expect All Clad results from this pan, watch your heat so you don't burn your sauce. The handles are solid enough and the knob on the lid doesn't get too hot. One of the best attributes is the shape and design. So many Dutch ovens have too tall of sides. The Ecolution is shaped just right for braising in the oven. I'm not a fan of the way the lid sits on top, and the side walls are a little thin so food tends to scorch on the sides (that's why I took a star). Since it's stainless cleanup is a breeze if you soak it with a squirt of Cascade (or just throw it in the dishwasher). Overall it's a nice Dutch oven for the money. Update 6/23/2021: Mea culpa. I deleted a negative review and I am updating my review (again). I've completely reversed on this. Yes the lid rattles when boiling something, but it's just a signal. After several more uses it does spread heat fairly well and you can simmer things on low without scorching them. What I've learned to like about this Dutch oven is the stainless interior. You do have to be careful not to scorch certain foods such as chili or marinara, just keep the heat very low, but the ability to sear certain foods properly is a plus. It turns out I'm keeping it after all. Sometimes you need a non-stick, other times you need stainless. It's really a good stainless pan for the money.

I am known for my famous meatballs I’m always asked to bring them to parties out door bar b queues and family gatherings I recently moved and couldn’t find mall -Clad stock pot and needed to get a replacement because I was asked to make them for 20 people for Thanksgiving I read the reviews and I have to say you will not regret picking one up. It’s even got a small hole on the top That lets out the steam. So inexpensive but not cheap. And for everyone complaining about the large label when you unbox it.. here’s my tip Take a blow dyer heat it up and bam! Off it came with no residue You won’t be sorry with your purchase And I am an all clad fan I think I like this one even better my all clad is very heavy and a bit large Enjoying this pot immensely and it cleans and dries beautifully in the dishwasher if you have one and cleans beautifully if you don’t
