The chair is mostly great, but if you are looking for something that you can slide all the way back on the seat, this isn't for you. the lower lumbar support is a little low with no way to adjust it. So if you have a bigger backside, you kinda feel like you are forced to sit forward on the seat. Other than that the chair is great. However I don't recommend the foot rest, it feels unstable and kinda weak to support anyone's legs and it doesn't reach down to my feet. I am 5 foot 4 lol so for it to not reach my feet it will not reach the feet of someone 6 feet tall

I got this chair to use for gaming and now I also use it like a recliner. It’s ridiculously nice as long as you put it together correctly. Mine even came with extra screws in case I lost some. The massage part does have a shorter cord though that was fixed with a portable charger I attached to the chair with Velcro tape

EDIT: After contacting the company about this they offered me a replacement chair which they sent out very quickly. I am hoping that this one will last longer. I am very impressed with their customer service and willingness to help correct my problem. I am changing my review from one star to four stars. Bought this chair 3 months ago for our 14 year old. He’s been doing virtual school and he likes to play games on his computer and he loved every aspect of this chair but the seat is beginning to rip already. The rip began small after about a month and it keeps getting larger. For the price this is a huge disappointment. I wish I hadn’t bought this chair since it is not lasting.

The assembly was pretty straightforward, the issue came when sitting in the chair. There was a slight wobble for the left armrest when first assembled and it's now significantly worse..I'm looking for other chairs as we speak at this point since it's not comfortable to sit in as well.

When I first got it and put it together, the seat cushion is very stiff so I ended up buy an extra pad to sit on which I don’t really need now, the massager I was hoping would have a little more strength to it, but it works. It was very easy to assemble. Now that I have gotten it to start to break in, I have to wake my self up just to go to bed.

Assembled easily, feels comfortable, and looks great - BUT: the back massager thing stopped working very quickly (and even when it worked was so weak I could barely feel it), and about a year later the main hinge where the back attaches is failing. The back won't stay up, and is also becoming crooked somehow such that it isn't aligned straight anymore either. Too late to return - I'll be throwing it out and getting something else. Sigh....
