This was so easy to set up, but remember to read the fine print. You still have to sign up for monthly exercise classes in order to use this mirror. I was trying to avoid monthly fees and ended up returning the mirror. I do know people who have the mirror and use it faithfully!

We received our Reflect last week and had trouble setting it up. Although I followed the directions, the device would not respond to my iPad without a significant lag. I called the customer support line and waited about 20 minutes on hold. After discussing the issue with the original agent I was transferred to a fellow named Brett (a supervisor). His assistance was excellent. Turned out the problem was with my router connection and that I was connecting with the 5G network. After switching to the 2.4 network, the Reflect worked flawlessly.
