What’s most frustrating, is I got this gift for my birthday and I couldn’t use it. We obviously needed to open the box to check for damage and to see if it worked. AND of course, just like other reviews, it did not work with my phone. We requested a refund for the return of the product, but we were charged a restocking fee, because we opened the box! How else are you supposed to check it?!?! We are disgusted that a product like this continues to sell. They are making their money off of restocking fees, because the product is crap. ... show more

You must buy the most expensive subscription from Echelon ($40/mo) for this mirror to work. It is considered by Echelon a piece of equipment, and therefore will not display any workout programs with the "equipment free" $11.99/mo subscription. This is not advertised or displayed anywhere when signing up. Feels misleading, especially when it's just streaming content and hangs on your wall. Has a fair amount of classes, and they're add more all the time, but they are extremely limited on the zumba and dance classes- maybe 3 to 4 total. Not worth the price! ... show more

    • Easy to set up ... but there are monthly fees for the workouts!
This was so easy to set up, but remember to read the fine print. You still have to sign up for monthly exercise classes in order to use this mirror. I was trying to avoid monthly fees and ended up returning the mirror. I do know people who have the mirror and use it faithfully!

Christmas present for my wife. She tells me it's terrible. She spends a ton of time trying to find a workout video that actually turns on. It seems like every function is designed to be a touchscreen but this is not a touchscreen. I thought it was but my own fault I just assumed it would be for a thousand bucks. She has sent multiple request to fix the videos so they play but no response. This is garbage do not buy ... show more

    • Issue with Reflect 40” Handled

Ordered the Echelon Reflect 40” Mirror through Woot. No image comes up on mirror when powered on. Have chatted with Support online but they were not able to resolve issue. Issue was forwarded to Echelon Support. Although it took some time for support to resolve the issue, they went above and beyond.

The instructors aren't that good... And there isn't much variety of them so you get stuck with coaches you don't really jive with. There aren't a lot of live classes. I really wish that they would list beginner, intermediate, or advanced for the on demand classes. There isn't a way to isolate the volume of the coach or the music they're playing so sometimes your coach will be instructing what to do and you cannot hear them because they have the music so loud.. Also works the other way where the instructor is super loud and you can hardly hear the music. I think the idea behind the mirror is great.. But this one for me is lacking at this point. Possibly will get better with future updates.. But for me right now its just mehh.. okay.. ... show more
