The media could not be loaded. I should have spent the extra 250 bucks for the NordicTrack The Eechelon elliptical shipped with a bent/warped resistance wheel and monitor with shorted speakers. I call and texted with their customer service group. Sent videos and pics. Then they ghosted me no reply’s to 6 follow up emails. I would have settled for a new resistance wheel and monitor. But after being blown off. I called Amazon’s customer service and within 8 hours I had a scheduled pick up for return. Just got my Nordic track and it is perfect worth the 250 extra bucks !! ... show more

Look like the product may be ok but hard to gauge when the product power light comes on but no power to the display. Blank screen so i have a nice paper weight at this point.
