This is a winner! Just the right size, compact and foldable, but not too big, making it easy to roll away for storage when done. It is smooth, quiet and solid, with excellent controls in small increments, 3.1, 3.2 etc, and the auto incline works great. Easy to assemble right out of the box, there is nothing wrong with this treadmill. I had unfortunate experiences with a couple other brands in recent weeks and had to send them back: one didn't fold, and the other could not be stored upright, only under something, so unbox, rebox, reject, ship out, refund, two times until this beauty arrived -- a keeper. There is no fancy video screen or unneccessary monthly subscriptions, yet the panel displays all the info you need at once, speed, time, incline, distance, calories, all right there. It has some program modes if you like, or just adjust it yourself with buttons on panel and handles. Feels so well-made it might outlast my many previous machines. ... show more

Not a bad treadmill. Its very quiet. The display and speed controls are nicely located. I knocked off a star for a couple of reasons. The cup holders are pretty much worthless. A water bottle or a tumbler would not stay put. The water bottle holder supplied is mounted on the side. Inconvenient to say the least. The blue tooth speakers have no volume controls. I streamed off my TV and couldn't get them loud enough to hear. They might be okay off a phone. I ran and walked on the treadmill. It worked very well. My last Pro Form treadmill lasted twenty years. I dont think this one will. Some of it looks flimsy. Putting it together was easy. It took about 45 minutes to unpack and assemble it. As far as durability goes I haven't had it long enough to comment. ... show more

Initially I was worried about the assembling process, but this treadmill is very easy to install. Every part is clearly marked with step numbers, much better labeling than other products which usually mix the screws together. Even my husband who is not patient with instructions could follow it easily. Assembly from unboxing took us about 1hr, but no confusion at all! The running experience is fantastic! Very smooth and steady, and even my husband wouldn't feel shaking or wobbling, like the old one we are currently having. He tested it at 5mph and 12 incline level, and it works without problem. No problem with motor or belt slipping. Feels very stable and sturdy during work out. What I really love is the folding feature. The safety mechanism works excellent when lifting up the treadmill. Very secure and I would never worry about it falling down. When I want to put it down, it would lower automatically and in a controlled way, which takes about 10-20sec. This is much safer than our current treadmill where I have to hold up the weight. ... show more

    • High quality, super convenient controls
So my treadmill arrived damaged. It was so carefully packaged, with wood and protection everywhere that I'm surprised the shippers could have found the exact place to hit it. And it was a pretty good hit, crushing the display. I did not want to rebox it and order another one. I reached out to the seller and they responded on a holiday weekend and shipped me out a new display next day AND posted a video showing us how to attach it. They couldn't have been more helpful. I hesitated using it, because I really loved my walk pad which I was outgrowing. Once I got everything going, I realized how convenient this is - the quick buttons are 2, 4 and 6 which is perfect for walk intervals and run intervals. The buttons are easily readable and if you do put your ipad on the display shelf (I love the shelf!) you can still see your speed if you put it just slightly to the side. There are buttons on the handrails for speed and incline, which I didn't realize how much I'd rely on that. Also, it is fairly close to the ground so I never feel like I'm going to take a tumble, which is really just me, but makes me feel safer. There are also monitors for heart rate which do not match my Garmin, but I really don't care, I love everything else. ... show more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! DAMAGED TREADMILL AFTER FIVE MONTHS OF USE!!!! WE ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE IN REPAIRING AND THEY ASKED US TO REPAIR THE EQUIPMENT OURSELVES FOLLOWING A VIDEO THEY PROVIDED!!!! THE REPAIR WAS IMPOSSIBLE. THIS IS INSANE AND NOW AMAZON IS STATING THAT BECAUSE THIS WAS PURCHASED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY THAT MY OPTIONS ARE LIMITED AND THEY CANNOT HELP ME.
