love it but battery is not lasting long after only 3 uses. no way to contact company for support. Changed to 1star company is not standing by thus only 3 uses 12 days at Disney and it would not charge. Had to push it at Disney. Do not waster your money and do not buy from this company they do not honor thier product.

The box came in rather beat up shape, and there were 2 broken parts 1) the lower housing for the controls on the steering column; and 2) the mount bracket for the headlight. I am one of the handiest handymen you can imagine, so I contacted the vendor and sent pics of the broken parts. They promptly sent out replacements for me to install, and they offered a generous credit for not having to return and reship the item. I replaced everything -- close to an hour's work -- and tried it out: Nothing. Acted totally dead. I searched everywhere for a reset button that the documentation said was under the rear body of the scooter. There was none. But tipping the scooter up on its back and rummaging around above the trans axle, I found a wiring harness with a capped black rubber box attached. I pried off the cover and found a blown 5A fuse inside. I replaced that, and all is well. Also, note that the battery is held in pretty much by gravity and a couple of Velcro strips, so you can just pull it off the scooter.

Box was beat up. Screw broke off near cup holder. One od the screw holes had a bur on it and was hard to put the screw into it. Had to have help with it. Once I got it together, it ran smooth.
