When the heater arrived it was packed perfectly. Directions were clear and made putting it together simple. Customer service is above and beyond what you would expect. I had the heater for two months, the wind came and it blew over and was damaged. I reached out to customer service and offered to buy replacement parts asked if that was an option. Even though the damage was in no way, the responsibility of the company that made the product they sent me replacement parts at no cost to me. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a nice heater. It came in great and thick hardboard packaging, nicely wrapped. All steps are listed and quite easy to assemble. Looks better than our previous heater and the flame is higher and warm 360 degrees. The door is magnetic which is easy to reach the gas tank. Individual parts are a bit flimsy, but as was being put together, it was becoming more and more solid. It does not produce as much heat as my other mushroom style heater but it's more attractive. I wish they would make a smaller version in height, but looks the same. It is great visually, but to keep 3 ft from combustibles as suggested, is hard to do if you are looking for the 48,000 BTUs of heat. (in a residential atmosphere). I just don't turn it all the way up.
