When the heater arrived it was packed perfectly. Directions were clear and made putting it together simple. Customer service is above and beyond what you would expect. I had the heater for two months, the wind came and it blew over and was damaged. I reached out to customer service and offered to buy replacement parts asked if that was an option. Even though the damage was in no way, the responsibility of the company that made the product they sent me replacement parts at no cost to me. Quick delivery, on time as promised. Heater was well packed. Easy to unpack and easy to follow assembly instructions. This may not be the sturdiest product on the market, but descent enough. Individual parts are a bit flimsy, but as was being put together, it was becoming more and more solid. It does not produce as much heat as my other mushroom style heater but it's more attractive. This heater was very easy to put together. I put it together by myself in about an hour. I needed a small step ladder to place the top. It puts out a lot of heat for a much larger area than the other tower heaters with the heat source on top. Great option for back patio/porch.
