Fairly easy to assemble. Looks nice. Was missing a couple of screws for the side panels. very frustrating to have to go to the local Hardware to buy them ! Performance in light wind is not good .

It's very easy to ignite and assembly was very easy with two people poor heat distribution unless you're right next to it wouldn't recommend it for that purpose. I am changing my rating too five stars due to excellent customer service, they reached out to me with my concerns. REVISED REVIEW East Oak customer service is stellar. They sent me 2 of their tower heaters to accompany the 4 pyramid heaters to ensure better heat. They also sent a replacement glass tube to replace the one that broke when the pyramid heater fell. Updating the rating to reflect the professional customer service and follow through. ORIGINAL REVIEW These pyramid heaters are not functional, just beautiful. They take at least 30 minutes to an hour to assemble. Bought 4 of these for outdoor party. Guests sitting right underneath them were freezing. I had 2 traditional tower heaters and they put out a good amount of heat keeping people comfortable. But these pyramid heaters were a dud. This failed after only 6 months of usage. I don’t have time to deconstruct and rebuild. Took forever to assemble in the first place. It also puts out virtually no heat. Wish I never purchased this hassle.
